The guy that was assisting us(if you can call it that) was incredibly rude and had a horrible attitude. When my husband asked a question...all he could say was i dont know" and shrugged us off. If you dont enjoy front line customer service

Pushy sales person did not listen to our needs and just tried to sell is flagship or expensive phones when we were clear we did not need one. Clearly they are under way too much pressure to meet sales targets.

Terrible customer service, even when dealing with existing customers. The staff was blocking the door - understandable because of COVID-19. But in my opinion, if you are open then you are to provide a service... if not, remain closed and encourage people to access resources through the app or online. I was looking to upgrade my phone, and I have spent thousands of dollars at Telus on multiple devices and plans over several years (not that it even matters, because you should provide prompt and effective service to all customers). I was not provided any information or options when I asked a couple of questions regarding whether I was eligible for an upgrade, or if there were any deals or promotions going on. Did not even ask my name to look into my account to see whether I qualified for any upgrades or deals. there are no deals" "we don't give any discounts" (which was not even what I asked)... good luck having this person encourage anyone to go with Telus in future when there are several other companies that are more pleasant to deal with in Northwestern Ontario. I will be moving my services over to Bell."

Everytime I go to Telus I have been given nothing but fabulous service. The employees there are very knowledgeable as well they are always very pleasant. Overall my experience with Telus has been excellent

Picked up my new phone and the assistant who helped was awesome. Too often when I'm just upgrading the associates don't seem interested in helping me but this guy was great! He answered all my questions and made sure my experience was top notch. Great employee means great store in my books.

The employees are good for setting up, upgrading, and selling service quickly. However This store is not a good look for Telus in terms of support.. I've been a week without a phone and I've been bounced between this store call in customer care with them playing the blame game in terms of where my phone is and dealing with billing issues.. Surprisingly the staff in store cannot" aid in calling into the company with a customer to help with an issue. It's an unprofessional look on both sides.This is the only Telus store in the whole city and coming from the south I've experienced much better help and service. It shouldn't be any different up here."

It's unfortunate I had to go to this store for Black Friday deals where they had no clue for the offers going which is shown upfront of the store and the worst and rude manager ever I come across.

Horrible customer service. I am extremely disappointed by how they treated me at the store. I wish I could give them 0 stars. Trust me you are better off going to some other TELUS store. They passed racial comments multiple times and didnt help me with the service I wanted. Avoid going to this store.

Partner and I went to Telus after a particularly bad experience at bell (in the same mall) we wanted to know when my contract was up and what it would take to get to a shared plan. They wouldn't even let us in the store and said go look on the app

Staff were friendly and helpful. They were having computer troubles on Black Friday but they were apologetic and gave me a coupon so that was nice!
