Nice and clean business physically but not ethically.I have been ripped off many dollars in refunds. That is theft! It is being taken advantage of. I have aready paid for the deposit and I want all of my money back for the deposit, not what ever the worker in the bottle facility feels or thinks I should get back. How can anyone feel good about being treated like that? Why do they think they are so intitled to steal from people?

What a beautiful and clean facility! Super friendly service and fast! I love the drive through service option - too cool!I recently moved and can’t wait to check out your other location in my new area, bottle returns are starting to pile up - I may end up coming back to this location - as the staff here are amazing! I miss them! And I don’t mind the driveHopefully see you guys again soon

Decided to go to this location instead of the millwoods one...I prefer this one, as it's nice and clean inside...like that they have a proper washing station and cashier...you can do drive up as well...

Worst costumer service. I did went their and some of the bottles they did not accept, so I threw 4-5 jugs in the bin outside near me. Guy who was serving me start shouting ‘you filled my garbage bin’ and start abusing. Just a quick advice if it is your bin, not for public use then please write on it or keep it inside your perimeter where public can’t use it.

Handicap stall was full of snow, someone in a wheelchair or using a mobility device would struggle to get into the building from the designated parking. Told one of the staff and was given oh ok". As I left it did not appear there was any attempt to tell a supervisor that the snow needed to be cleared for accessibility."

This is my local bottle depot. The staff are all so polite and friendly. When I went in today the guy who served me was so fast at counting everything and counted everything out loud before punching it into the terminal screen. It was amazing to watch the speed at which he operated!Highly recommend this place for returning your empties.

If I could zero that's what they would get. Recounted all liquor bottles in front of the gentleman. Count was 212 trys to tell me it was 195. Very upset got supervisor re did count my count was right. What a RIP off had I let it go. How many others do they RIPoff. Never ever go back again.
