It’s a comfortable accommodation for a family. It is close to the market where one can find Walmart, Shopper’s Drug Mart, Grocery Stores, Mobile Shops, public parks, and many other perks in neighbourhood. This area is also safe to live, walk around during evenings and night hours. Maintenance staff office is in the building which gives one access to facility team easily and ask queries or report any help required. Overall it’s a good and safe experience to live in Princeton Place Apartments.Thank you

Princeton Place Apartments
I have been living in this building for 3 years. The staff are super friendly and responsive. They are very supportive and help you whenever there is a problem in the building. There is a functional portal that you can simply request any fixing or change services. The apartment is safe and peaceful and most of the shared spaces are equipped with the cameras. It is very close to main shopping center and restaurants. I would absolutely recommend this building.

when we first moved on the blinds needed fixing and the electrical needed looking at, we then received notices to fix blinds on this day from this time to this time and no one ever showed up, months later someone finally showed up at 7:30 PM, told him to take new blinds away, and still had workers coming by to put in new blinds after we said no, and the office staff we’re always in break room or around the corner laughing g and gossiping. you get what you pay for at the Capreit places. staff alway high turn over, wonder why?

I would highly recommend this place to someone looking for suitable accommodation. Supermarkets are very near, parking is safe and the apartments are very quiet inside. I was there for nearly 1 year and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I would definitely stay here again if i back in the city.
