We've been working with Empower specifically for graphic design needs and have to say it's been an absolute pleasure! The designer on their end, Gen, is phenomenal. She understands the needs of a design project almost immediately, her time estimates are fair, when she takes creative liberty it's always a win. Having reliable external design help had been a pain point for us historically, but with Empower and Gen, turnaround has been fantastic and we've been able to knock out some projects that had been dragging for a while.Empower's setup is also worth noting. The interface is user-friendly and focuses on centralizing assets and conversations in one place. Multiple members of my team can jump in to see status and chat with the Empower team; great for avoiding silo-ed work. Looking forward to using other Empower capabilities going forward!
