Dr Ahmed is absolutely lovely. Compassionate, caring, and patient.He will listen and make the time for you. Highly recommend him.His office staff is busy, but for the most part are kind. I feel it’s very important that with how our medical System is right now, that everyone be kind.

AMAZING location! I don’t normally write reviews, but I was so grateful I was able to get a last minute walk-in appointment yesterday. It was Canada Day, so a lot of doctors were closed with shorter hours that day. I was in a lot of pain, and it would be rough waiting in ER or until the next morning for another doctor.It was my first visit here, so I called in just to make sure they were still taking walk-ins and I was able to walk-in less than 1 hr before closing time. I got to see Dr. Ahmed right away. They didn’t make me wait at all and I got the care I needed asap! As well as getting my antibiotics from their on-location pharmacy right after my appointment. I felt the antibiotics start working within 3 hours or less. One day after my visit, I feel SO much better thanks to their efficiency and genuine care here. ❤️

The receptionist has a very negative & aggressive attitude. I had a minor medical issue & because I didn’t have my AHC I wasn’t accepted & was turned away.Not one of the receptionist had any empathy, respect or guidance towards me, who was clearly in shock, I wasted 8 hours because of their lack of knowledge on basic medical procedures which could have been done at this location but because they couldn’t care less I had to go to emergency & waste not only my time but time of the emergency staff who are short staffed.Those women need better bedside manners & need to choose a different career because that experience was traumatizing.

I was trying to book to see a doctor over the phone. The receptionist had no manners, to the point I didn't feel comfortable dealing with this clinic at all. Customer service is their job, they need to learn to get it right. Hire someone personable and fire the unpleasant witch who answers the phone.

I gave 2 stars because there is one doctor there, fairly young, who has terrible bedside manor. His poor service brings this whole place down. He stood across the room and never came near me like he was afraid to get what I have (which was not contagious as I’d seen a previous doctor). He did NOT examine me, he just prescribed medication based on what I said. I’m still sick over 1 week later because he didn’t care enough to examine me or diagnose me properly like a decent doctor. He needs to go back to medical school because apparently he passed his testing, but I’d bet it wasn’t by much.

This place was really good, my toddler and I did a walk-in last week. They had 4 doctors available and there was a room full of people some walk-ins and some appts. My daughter and I were there for all of 30 mins. They were simple, informative and the reception were actually helpful and nice. It was one of the better experiences I've had at walk-in clinics, I will be returning here if I need a walk-in clinic.

I was so impressed during my visit to the Montrose Medical Centre on Mar 1st. I was a walk-in patient, and I was seen by Dr. Ahmed and left with my prescription filled at the attached pharmacy all in under an hour. Dr. Ahmed was friendly and took time to answer my questions. As someone who is used to long wait times and low availability, I was very impressed!

Dr. Ahmed Ahmed is very thorough, friendly and knowledgeable. He had Dr. Leslie Kasza follow up on some test results with me. Dr. Kasza is very, and I mean very entertaining. He made me laugh and helped ease my anxiousness. Both Doctors are amazing and I would recommend this clinic to others. The front end staff are very efficient. Thanks for the great experience

TOP NOTCH facility! Highly recommend. The receptionists are 5 star and run this clinic like a well oiled machine. Dr. Ahmed is the kindest and most knowledgeable doctor I’ve ever been to. Highly recommend this clinic.

I had just seen Dr. Ali Sola. Asked me a few questions and did a short physical test. Immediately diagnoses my sever pelivc pains to just having constipation? I seriously doubt that's what my pain is. And my sever shoulder and neck pain to just a sprain and to take anti inflamatories, and leaves me with that. No further testes. No further advice. No care instructions. No xray, ultra sound, mri or further tests. You can't just ask a couple questions and touch a couple spots and immediately know what's happening inside my body. This was another terrible experience with a male doctor. And now I have to waste more time to seek help for my pain. I will never come to this clinic again. And I would suggest others to not seek help from Dr. Ali Sola, he does not care about helping you. He only cares about making money off prescription pills he gives you. Why is it so hard for a male doctor to listen to a woman or give her a referral to a gynecologist? Is this because you don't make money if I don't buy your prescription drugs you prescribed me? Terrible doctor. I am very sad that this is what seeking help has become.
