We have shopped at visions a few times, but todays shopping adventure at the langofrd locstion really stood out. We were lookingto purchase a air conditioner, Matt was friendly and engaging, even after we said we were leaving to look at a couple of other ACs in the area.Matt makes you feel like your family not just a customer or sale. Helpful staff. Easy to work with. Mike was in from another store, and he told me up front of the situation. He was knowledgable about the soundbars I was looking into. Explained the differences between the major price points, and ended up suggesting a less expensive version for the situation I was looking at solving. If my wife is comfortable with the new setup, I'll know I'll end up moving this over to the bedroom, and be back for the Cadillac version next Xmas.thanks Mike.

We had a wonderful experience buying a new Smart TV for Mom at Visions Electronics . Cody was a great help in picking the right TV and thought of details we hadn’t considered . Lucas installed the TV and came back to correct the height of the screen. It was great to get such good customer service before and after purchasing a TV . Mom is super happy and loved her new TV .

Our salesman, Mario was great! Spent lots of time with us explaining the variety of TV's available, questioning us on the room and its lighting that the TV would be mounted in to ensure we knew all the benefits and options of the TV we eventually chose.Will be back within the month to complete yet another purchase!

Home theater section needs some TLC. Could not demo current gen Denon receiver (none were on display) before purchase. Sales was more interested in what extended warranty I would like to purchase.

Over a year ago, while I was building my house I knew one thing. I wanted to have an epic theatre room. So I went to Visions electronics in Langford and went straight back to the theatre viewing room where I ran into Matt Unrau.I told him and his co-worker Mario what I envisioned, and now that I'm in my home 12 months later I I just finished watching Top Gun Maverick for my first movie and I could not be happier!My theater room consists of a 4k LG laser projector with a 120 fixed screen

Thanks for waking me up with news my new AC unit, which you gladly put on hold for me, was handed over to the next guy that walked through the door! Two stars for the good service we got when we bought our TV here. Minus 3 for the wasting my time today..Update. Ordered the above mentioned AC unit on their website and the experience was very good. Arrived fast and in good condition. 2 stars back!

I've gone to the store on 2 occasions and wanted a complete stock stero swap with high end everything. The people that work there both times never got back to me about this upgrade.
