I visited the hotel on Saturday afternoon. I waited for 5 minutes to get seat. I ordered idly vada, cauliflower pakoda and vegetable oothappan and filter coffee. The idly vada and oothappam was good and filter coffee was ordinary. The staff were friendly and service was fast. The prices are cheap compared to other indian restaurants

I’ve been a long term customer more than 10 years. The customer service has bern very poor lately! I spoke to Jitender and she was very rude over the phone when I called to ask why the Chana masala was not full. I paid extra $1 for the small chutney! This is ridiculous! Hope upper management does something about this.

This is a good place to catch up in some authentic South Indian cuisine. Friendly staff. Some items felt a little bland though. But overall the food was nice, considering the pricing and the quantity.The restaurant could use an uplift though. The ambiance feels dull and dated and some reno, updated lighting can come in handy.

Had nilgiris in Scarborough! But lately visiting this place way more often. Take out quantity is great! Staff is great!If I need something I don’t like to get the attention of a waiter! This place the employee watches every customers so I don’t have to waive my hand! That’s a great customer service! Don’t have to gets everyone’s attention to get a tissue paper.Good work! Everyone is humble and nice!

Loved the rava dosa , ghee roast dosa and idlis. The chutney was perfect . Just wished they a had a little large portion of sambhar.
