I cannot say enough good things about the team at Bathrooms2Go. From the moment we stepped into their store we were welcomed with a smile and a friendly approach to the upcoming renovation. I never felt like they were doing a hard sell or pushing products, it was a genuine feeling of ensuring we got what we wanted and were comfortable with the options, budget and the process. Once the work started the guys were polite, courteous and best of all did a fantastic job on the bathroom. We couldn't be happier with the end result from the tiles, to the bathtub and everything in-between it has been done professionally and looks fantastic. In addition, the team's willingness to communicate and explain everything that was going on while being respectful of our time really separated them from many companies we have worked with in the past. We will definitely be going back to Bathrooms2Go for any future bathroom renovations.

We recently had our ensuite bathroom completely renovated by Bathrooms to Go, and are very pleased with the outcome. The entire experience was seamless and well -executed, including demo, plumbing moves, electrical, and shower installation. Everything was well- coordinated, including all sub-contractors. The B to G team were friendly, flexible, and very efficient. They also cleaned up, at the end of each day. Communication was excellent, the timelines were adhered to, and the project came in on budget. We now have a great bathroom, to enjoy. Our regards to Chris, Paul, Annie and the entire team. If I could rate 0 stars I would, they did nothing. We are still waiting a month later for the quote they promised within a week or a call to tell us they were not interested in the project. We visited the showroom and arranged for someone to come to our home for a site visit. The visit was short and all the comments made were suggesting that everything we were planning was a problem. We had other quotes from other contractors and I am really unclear what the difficulty was... At any rate I am rather happy that they didn't want to renovate our 2 bathrooms, but communication of that would have avoided a bad review from someone who tried to be a client. We have moved on.

Poor service and communication. Would not recommend. Refused to resolve an issue with our shower glass, was not “paint ready”, left a mess in our home, etc.

We had two bathroom done by Bathrooms2Go and are very happy with the results! Quick, efficient clean work, and for the price you can't beat it! We went with a clean and simple white tile, for a timeless classic look. These pictures don't even do the true end result justice.

The team was great to work with. They did an amazing job on our two bathrooms. They were extremely responsive and communicated effectively when issues arose. Very happy with the results and would recommend them to anyone needs an upgrade!

I'm very happy with my bathroom renovation! Kelly from the showroom was so helpful during the selection of fixtures, tiles, and accessories, and there was excellent communication throughout the process. The team really kept on schedule, even finishing the bathroom earlier than expected! They cleaned up the area carefully, and were always friendly and professional. Great customer service, transparent pricing, quality work, and a really all-around super team!
