Rented a floor scraper from here. Guys working at this branch are really helpful and friendly. Don’t bother going to Home Depot. A & B (especially the one on Venables) has more selection and you won’t be waiting around for help.

The initial staff was great helpful and really nice. We rented a floor sander for a weekend DIY project. The sander was the WORST. The grips to hold the sanding pad was all worn away. So we had to MacGyver a way keep the sanding pad on. Then the trigger was sticky, so it won't not turn on and off properly. Totally made the project ALOT harder then it needed to be. When we brought it back to A&B Tools and we told them about the problems, Chris, just shrugged it off and charged us full price for the rental. He even knew that the sanding pad would not stick because it was so worn out. Just did not care.Follow-up: Manager just called me when he found out about the issues we had with the floor sander. He refunded the rental cost. Every nice and understanding. Will definitely rent from them again.

I rented a couple of rolling bins and had some issues with them. Johnny was extremely responsive and sorted us out, even offering to come and swap them out for us so we could get the job done. We received excellent customer service, professionalism, and all with a friendly smile. Thank you, Johnny. Love this place!
