We had excellent experience with Pardeep last week. We had and issue with our home alarm and messaged Pardeep to take a look. Pardeep was very punctual gave us a time and date to be able to attend to troubleshoot the issue. He gave us a thorough explanation of what happened. Pardeep and his team have assisted us a few times to correct a previous install from a different company. Every time I have an interaction with this team I’m amazed at how professional they are and how they stand behind their work regardless if they did the install or not. Pardeep and his team recently completed a home surveillance upgrade at our parents house, and did a great job. He is very knowledgeable, and communicated well throughout the process. His team arrived as scheduled and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with their work. We are currently working with him on our own place and would recommend him to others.

WARNING ⚠️ I would highly recommend going to someone else. The owner of the company is a very young and inexperienced individual. He has zero customer service skills . If you ask him to look at anything, in particular, he will give you attitude. The work is very average and you will pay the price when you have to fix things. please do your research!!!! The people that are saying he did a great job are probably his relatives.

Ambient connections recently completed our custom built home which was a fully integrated smart home. This home consists of Lutron lights, shades, audio, and so much more. We were all truly amazed of the high quality features that were installed. Pardeep and his team guided and assisted us in using all our smart home gear and provided us with the correct documentations. We were really impressed with how the team left the equipment room in a neat and organized manner. Overall, Ambient Connections significantly exceeded our expectations with their trustworthy and professional work!

I had been following Ambient Connections online. I was really impressed with the quality of work being completed. My service call was a deal with a problem with our home security cameras. Pardeep was very prompt and efficient scheduled an appointment showed up on time, was able to troubleshoot the issue and gave me a response in terms of what it would cost to repair. I appreciate the honesty and the reasonable rates for the repair. It was just a fluke that I had met him before completing a ATD service call at work. Pardeep was honest and not in it to gouge the customer. As I had called another company and they wanted to completely change my system for a few thousand. Honesty and trustworthy business model. Highly recommend Pardeep and his team!
