Go Oil

Bought a groupon and thought I’d give this company a chance. The technician over filled my vehicle with 0.9L of oil and charged me $19.50 for this extra litre of oil. The groupon said it includes 5L of oil and the man said it covers only 4L. Now I have to pay an additional expense to get this extra oil drained out of my vehicle for their wrong doing plus have been ripped off $20! I am very disappointed with this service and feel they took advantage of a woman! The interior express detail was very poor quality too, very streaky and a film left on my interior. I would not recommend this company!

My first time yesterday; great experience! Guy was a little early and called and asked if it would be ok if he was a half hour earlier than the appointment. I said that was fine, I was at Canadian Tire vyt that should give me enough time to get what the wife sent me for and make it home in time.Dude showed up with a box of Timbits for us just in case he got me in trouble with the wife..... Lol. Class act! Quick, polite and not at all trying to push any other services on you. Will use again...

Although this review is long overdue, I'm confident this is still one of the best companies that you could ever utilize for many routine vehicle maintenance services, especially oil changes.Go Oil provided exquisite service when I recently had my oil changed for my vehicle. Prices are ultra-competitive but more so the service is beyond top notch with quality parts provided. Their service allows you to confidently bypass a very critical service for your vehicle by forgoing your local service center/dealership at a reduced cost and not wasting valuable time. Fast, friendly, efficient and just like advertised... no oil drips.Well done, Go Oil, you've made me a loyal fan/customer. See you in 6-8k! They would not accept Groupon. So why even bother selling there in the first place?The customer service was poor and they blamed it on their system. I also asked about their experience and the guy mentioned he was from oil and gas and not a mechanic. They told me to go back to my dealership.. So i am to get better service and licensed technicians.

First time I used Go Oil. Archie and the service he provided was excellent. Right on time and very competitive pricing. A few minutes on your driveway and the job is done. Will definitely call again!

I heard good things, and was able to make a booking for a Sunday evening. Got a call that afternoon, saying that the person didn’t know how I was able to make an appointment for that time, and to please call them back.Called back, and left a voicemail, and several days later haven’t heard anything.Disappointing to be ghosted by a company.

Go oil London’s Jordan Eedy is such a nice respectful man. I’ve had him do my oil changes and swapping out my winter/summer tires. Always a great experience. Five star rating all the way.

I used Go Oil in Manitoba and Archie was great. We had an appointment within 24 hours, he showed up on time. worked on a few of our vehicles and that was it, no wasting employees time getting oil changes done. I will definitely use this service again!

He showed up a few minutes early. Was super friendly and professional and had my oil change done quickly. I would highly recommend and will definitely use the service again. Would give an extra star for approval from the puppy as well if I could.
