Three Step Fitness Pilates Physio Clinic
I've never been someone who exercised consistently, but for the last 6 months I have been regularly coming to Three Step for both 1-on-1 and small group Pilates, because it has helped significantly with my lower back pain. The instructors are always friendly, very knowledgeable, and are so good at tailoring the program to fit my needs. I would absolutely recommend Three Step!

Three Step Fitness Pilates Physio Clinic
I’m so happy to have found Three Steps. I was having severe, intermittent lower back pain for the past half-year, and the pain was so bad that a single flare up would cause me to be bedridden for an entire week. I tried physio, RMT, yoga, etc. but the pain kept persisting. Ella expertly diagnosed my issues during our initial consultation, and I’ve been taking pilate lessons with her and Emily ever since. Both Ella and Emily are incredibly supportive, knowledge, and kind, and ensures that my form is correct so that I’m getting the most out of each lesson. It’s only been 2 months since I started training with them, and I’m amazed to say that I have not had a single flare up. I can feel my core and back are getting stronger, and I’m SO happy to be pain-free. THANK YOU! :)

Ella is such a good trainer I have ever met. I have taken Pilate for three month, it improves my balance and build core muscle. I can even significantly feel my control of my body when doing weight training and other sports. I love the environment in three step fitness. bright, clean and relaxed. I recommended this beautiful studio to almost all my girlfriends!

I stumbled upon Three Step Fitness in January as a New Year’s Resolution and have been hooked on Pilates since! Ella has been very welcoming and recommended me to Emily as my instructor.Emily is a very patient and caring Pilates instructor. I love going to my Pilates class and she is the reason I’m hooked on it. I can feel the improvement to my posture and strength. She has so much knowledge, has a passion for teaching and is very talented. Many times she customizes/adjusts movements to suit my level. She is very creative and changes up the session catered to my needs. I love her enthusiasm!With each time I visit I see many other clients enjoying their time. It seems the staff really create a welcoming environment and try to get to know everyone.I highly recommend Emily and the staff at Three Step Fitness!

Absolutely amazing. I moved to Coquitlam area not too long ago and was looking for active rehab for my neck and shoulder pain after my accident. I’ve heard a lot of good things about Three Step Fitness and thought I would give it a try. I tried pilates for the first time and it’s been a life changer. I’ve gone through so many acupunctures and IMS needling for my shoulder but the pain always came back. With pilates, my posture changed and I’ve been pain-free for the last few months. Also, all the staff members are very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They give you a lot of helpful information on how to manage a healthy lifestyle and provide consultation on nutrition. I am now doing physio, active rehab, and kinesiology at Three Step Fitness. I would highly recommend this place if someone is looking to improve posture, be pain-free, lose weight, or improve core strength.

I have been t a Pilates lesson with a knowledgeable and helpful instructor who provided very informative guidance throughout the session. It was clear that the instructor was not only professional and experienced, but also genuinely invested in helping me address my pain. Thanks to their thorough assessment and targeted training of my core and hip muscles, I've seen significant improvement in my long-standing back issues. I'm truly grateful for the positive results and highly recommend it to anyone dealing with similar pain issues.

I hurt my wrist... probably a combination of computer work and yoga and me getting older. Great to not only get exercises and stretches to allow that to heal and strengthen things so it's less likely to flare up again, but also to approach strengthening my whole body, of which my wrist inescapably is a part! Vincent has been great, answering all my questions, giving me YouTube videos for things we've done together so I can start doing them on my own (and do them properly, not just based on my memory), and also has been really knowledgable about what exercise equipment I might buy that would facilitate these things at home, as well as different kinds of mice I can try out, etc... also providing all the info about WHY these things might be helpful. I know myself... I need all that info to maintain the motivation to go out of my way to do and get these things. It won't work for me to just be told what to do and how often. I need to know why. Vincent has been able to answer all those questions, so my motivation is staying strong. Also, just working with him over many weeks and him pushing me, I've got a better appreciation for what my endurance level is (much higher than I thought) and also how quickly it improves when I stay on this stuff... then I start noticing fewer and less persistent pains that go along with that... things I just thought were normal." They are only normal
