We just had our Windows and Doors installed by Beverly Hills Windows and Doors. We were very pleased with the service. Chuck was very helpful and responded very quickly to our last minute changes. Cameron and Dave did great job with the installation. They were very professional and we were very impressed with the clean up they did after the job was finished. It was a very good experience from the first meeting with Chuck in March, unfortunately then Covid" happened and we had to wait till August

I used Beverley Hills windows for three homes. When a window leaked, they responded quickly to replace it.

I had three balcony doors and two windows to replace. Over the past two years I did a lot of research and got a number of quotes. I decided to go with Beverly Hills because of their quality product, experience and competitive price (they were not the cheapest but somewhere along the middle). Took a few months for the installation given how busy they are but the end result was well worth the wait. Took two days for the installation and the end result is excellent. They were courteous, cleaned up after everything and did a great job. Highly recommended. Thank you

If I could give Beverley Hills a zero star I would. It took 2 years to properly instal our front door. Four years ago Chuck (one of their sales folks) came to give us a quote on windows and a front door. His tactics were high pressure but in the end we got an OK price for a door that looked good and we thought would be a good buy. Within less than a year after installation the door shifted, the threshold moved and the caulking had holes. Back came the same crew that did the initial install and as it turns out they had not fastened the stone below the threshold which had come loose when they removed the old door. The had to disassemble and reassemble the whole job and had to redo the trim and caulking. The caulking again started to tear and leak and this time the door sagged. Out came another gentleman that redid the caulking and made some adjustments but said he would get the manufacturer out to take a look at the door. Well that did not happen before the door sagged again and a fourth repair again re-caulked the frame and adjusted the door. This guy knew what he was doing and finally the door was OK at least for now. This year we are replacing our windows and thought we would give Beverley Hills a chance to quote because they are a local business. The Beverley Hills office had called us a few weeks before to see if were interested in windows. Not sure why they called but maybe just phone canvassing. We called them after the Toronto Home Show as we were getting quotes from other contractors. We made the appointment and a week later the woman from Beverley Hills called to check if we were still good with the date March 28, 2019 and time, 6 pm which my wife confirmed. Chuck was going to be the sales guy again. Six pm came and went, then seven pm. No Chuck, no call, nothing. Next day no follow up from their office. I am sure Beverley Hills will make some lame excuse but I am not interested. I will never use them again and neither should you.Interestingly, we received 2 follow up calls after this post. The woman doing scheduling called on Saturday to reschedule because we were not home at 5 pm on March 28

I love to place negative stars if possible. Poor after services and never hear back on the follow on their poor quality products. I have replaced 3 windows with them early this year, the installers pulled the window frames off from the wall during installation and never come back to fix it for me. I ordered the frosted windows for my bathroom and my husband can clearly see my face and colour of shirt, I called them and they sent the installer for testing. The installer was surprised how clearly he would see me from my daughter I easy under the so-called frosted windows. Then after that I have to call them to follow up because no one call me back to follow up and I have called the production manager, Kevin as well. This matter had been dragged in weeks and still not hear a words from them. On going warranty issue with the new owner of BHHI, Nordik Windows and Doors. Has now dragged on for over 2 years.Initially had 10 windows replaced by BHHI in our home in 2013. All good for a few years. 3 windows developed spots, called for warranty in spring of 2020, BHHI now owned by Nordik. A tech came out and confirmed bad seal, windows had lost gas. Told would be replaced through existing warranty.Waited several weeks for new units, then got call to scheduleinstallation. That's when things went south. Tech got 1 windowinstalled but scratched it. He cracked a second window duringthe installation and then gave up, didn't even try on the 3rd ashe said it was the wrong size. Had to call company to follow upand see what was going on. They said they would order moreunits and call us when they came in. Months go by and everytime I call to get an update I get the same answer, they are onorder, waiting for the manufacturer. Went through a cold winterwith 1 cracked window and 1 with no gas. Continue to callthrough 2021, same story.. waiting for them to arrive, apparentlyblaming the original manufacturer of the windows who is madat Nordik as they no longer use them as the supplier... but my warranty has to go through the original place, they will not giveme new windows from the new supplier. Nordik suggests that Icall the original supplier, so I do and they tell me the windowswere made and picked up. I tell Nordik this and they say theywill try to find them. Go through a 2nd cold winter with 2windows with no gas. Finally, spring of 2022 we get a call toschedule replacement of only the 2 windows. Guess I live withthe scratched one. Installer arrives and cracks both units duringinstallation, says they are too thick. Tells us we will get themreplaced... start loop again... no word from Nordik other thanrandom auto emails saying still waiting. Every time I call, sameanswer, waiting for them to come in. Was given a date of Oct.20, 2022... called a week later, nope still not in. Looks like wewill be going through a 3rd winter with cracked windows.Called the original supplier again who said 1 unit has been ordered but another is on hold as they have not received a purchase order to pay for that unit. Probably why the windows have not arrived yet. Just incompetence all around it seems. Have asked for a call back from anyone at Nordik, multiple times to let us know what is going on... zero call backs from anyone. Have also filed complaints with the BBB hoping to get some action.Avoid this company now as the new owners don't seem to care.

I’ve purchased 10 windows and 1 sliding door from this place. The sales man heavily emphasized the warranty and quality. 6 years after the Windows were installed, we found 4 of them (40%) were showing dirt/mold between the window panes. After calling to get the Windows checked and replaced, it took almost 5 months for them to get new Windows and schedule an actual appointment. The first appointment I had was an afternoon appointment. After taking the day off work and waiting around all afternoon, no one showed. I even called them mid day to confirm and they said someone would come. I complained the next day and we rebooked the appointment. The tech came, installed the new Windows and broke the screen in the process. He said he’d fix the screen and bring it back in a few days. 2 days later he returns the screen, still broken, and says he was laid off so he’s unable to fix them. I call Beverly Hills again. They send another tech a few days later and this tech tells my wife they don’t fix screens. My wife has to call me away from work so that I can talk to the tech. I explain to him how his company broke the screen, so he reluctantly agreed but warned me he doesn’t do this often so it may not be a great job. This is the short version of the story. The sliding door they installed also sucks. Incredibly heavy and doesn’t slide well. Avoid this company along with QSI and Nordik at all costs. They’re all owned run by the same parent company.

Door handle diagnosed a year ago and still no replacement or even an inkling of when they will receive the replacement. Never even a clear answer from any one within the ranks. Looks like we might have to replace the handle through some other company and take them to small claims. We are not going another winter with a nob for a handle and an open hole at the bottom of the door

For the fifth time, we used Beverley Hills Windows and Doors to do some work for us, and once again, they exceeded our expectations. The ladies in the office there, are unfailingly friendly and helpful. The company representatives are extremely punctual, always return calls promptly, and do the work as fast as is humanly possible. This time we were replacing several windows, and reached out to Arthur our previous salesperson(each experience). He is always friendly, efficient, and definitely knows his product, but never tries to upsell you. Steve a very nice man, who comes to do the precise measuring, always has good ideas- and two years ago(when we were replacing the front door, and the patio door of our new home), he told us that the front door opened the wrong way- and suggested we have it open the other way- and he was absolutely right!! The windows came in this time much faster than we anticipated, which was a very good thing, and the installers ,John and Peter, were very nice, and did a fast and great job of installing them- and a fabulous clean up inside and outside when they were done. Excellent again Beverley Hills!!! You get what you pay for, and Beverley Hills while not the most expensive product out there- provides you the great personnel, professional service,and impressive doors and windows of a more pricey company. We have never had a reason to complain- and we have bought many windows and doors from them over many years! Highest marks again to Beverley Hills!!!!
