If you like a company that wastes your time and changes their return policy on a whim, this is the store for you. If you like being treated respectfully as a customer, shop elsewhere.I called this store on two separate occasions and spoke to two separate employees to check stock availability and confirm the return policy. I intended to buy two sizes of an item and return the one that didn’t fit. I was assured this would not be a problem. The return policy stated on their website confirmed what I was told on the phone. The item intended to purchase is NOT one of the ones listed as “final sale.”I drove an hour to the store only to have the employee tell me upon arrival that her supervisor had changed her mind and the item that didn’t fit would not be returnable as they had no way of confirming that it wasn’t going to be used. I pointed out the return policy stated on the website and the two previous conversations that I had prior to driving all the way out there - but no accommodation and not even an apology for the huge inconvenience.There are lots of great baby stores in the GTA that deserve business, this isn’t one of them.

I was very, very happy with my purchase! Their discounts are unmatched compared to other stores, so you get high quality for an accessible price. Plus the shipping was so quick. The customer service was also extremely accommodating and quick to respond to inquiries. I found everything I was looking for and couldn't be happier!!!

We went in looking for a car seat upgrade for our son. We have to admit that we had done our research prior so the sales associate really only had to help us pick between two. She was very helpful and even let us know that a sale was coming up relatively soon.We’re going back on Friday - so hopefully we get the same level of service

Avoid this store! This is a dishonest place to shop baby stuffs. I ordered a stroller and accessories for this stroller from here paid full amount and was told the stroller would be available in two weeks. Having waited for more than two months, I was told they still haven’t received any response from the manufacturer. I bought it because their Canada day sales claiming all strollers 15% off but unfortunately they cannot offer that to me because the colour I chose was cheaper at that time. Now they told me if I want to switch to another colour I have to pay more and they have never offered that 15% deal before. The funniest part is I reminded them it was a Jul 1st Canada day 15% off deal widely broadcasted, and the customer service pointed out that my invoice was July 2 not July 1st like I was lying. But guess what the store was closed on the 1st and the event was for that weekend… Full of excuses and lies. If They could have just told me honestly about the length of wait and that they cannot offer the same discount because short inventory instead of lying and giving the attitude, I am fine with paying the difference and won’t be so upset about this place. And I am not the only victim, many of my pregnant friends shopped here because of their “great deals” have still been waiting for the items they paid months ago. If the store manager is reviewing this, pls tell your sales folks simply refund the money you took months ago does not indicate good business practice and not something should be proud of. Your incapability of getting business from the manufacturer is not an excuse and not your customer’s fault. Btw, during the two months of waiting, not a single phone call to provide an update, I have to call every two weeks to follow up. They take your money, give no basic customer care, leave you hanging, lie about deals. This place will never get my business again nor any ppl I know.——————————To respond to the owner’s commentThey have never contacted me (0 incoming call from the store) nor any of my friends who bought the stroller when there were delays. It was us contacted them. And they said could be another two weeks try later. Same conversations (screenshots uploaded) kept repeating. My money was trapped for months for a fake deal (they have never honoured the 15% off). My baby is coming out soon and I am now stuck with the uppababy stroller because I already bought the uppababy accessories from them. Again took ppl’s money for months and refund with no solution is not something you should be proud of. I don’t mind paying the difference, simply just don’t want to deal with dishonest ppl.

Absolutely terrible experience! The owners are total crooks! Bought a tripp trapp, they gave 15% off and tripp trapps are never on sale so they did some shady promo thing and i paid cash and they didn’t give a proper receipt just a gift receipt. Went home the chair was rocking so my pregnant wife brought it back while i was working, they argued with her and put only the two legs together and not the entire chair and told her its fine. She carried it back to the car and called me so i told then its rocking when its fully constructed. They didnt believe me and said they would charge $40 to make it? I wasnt fazed told them to make it and call me. 20 minutes later i call back whats going on? And she said they built the whole thing and its rocking so they’re arguing. For cryin out loud just give us a refund or a new chair! Half the day spent bringing this defective product back and they tried to snake their way for us not to return it in anyway possible trying to charge me $40. If you go to westcoast baby and tel them a $400 tripp trapp is rocking they just give you a refund or exchange on the spot, what store would not believe you and try to make the chair in front of you? This place is a joke. In the end they had no choice but to exchange it for a new chair but be careful of this place. Just stay away all together. Garbage service.

Worst customer service ever, I bought a zipper for a coat extender, the same model shown on their photos, when it arrived it did not fit my jacket, I went back and forth via email with their customer service just for them to say they can't do anything.They showed me 8 options via email, which none of them fit my coat, and when I questioned the other option shown on their website (which one of them was shown as a fit with my jacket) they kept ignoring me. Now I paid$10 for the first shipping and $16 for return shipping and they only reimbursed me the $19 for the zipper but not the shipping expenses I had to pay for their mistake._________Edited to add after their response.Not even when they make a mistake (they accepted that their description is not clear and their photos are misleading) not even then they will reimburse for shipping, for the troubles THEY caused.Instead of hoping to offer better customer service in the future you should start with today and fix my and all the other customers issues.

Got some great information from the manager and employees. My wife and I are going to have our first baby, and we are not knowledgeable at all. The employees can speak Mandarin which helps us a lot. They did not try to sell me the most expensive products, but gave me some useful suggestions based on my situation.

Not a fan of their return policy. Bought a stroller rain cover. Opened it, it didn't fit. They WOULD NOT accept my unused item return even though it was the next day. Box undamaged. Their return policy says items must be unopened. NOT a customer friendly policy in my opinion. Will shop elsewhere in the future.

Tldr: I do not recommend this store and if I could I would rate it 0/5 stars. You are better off spending your money at any other baby store. The customer service is much better and prices are the same.I received a gift for my 4 month old from this store and tried to exchange or get a store credit for the item. I had the receipt and didn't open the item. They refused to take the gift back because it was outside of their 14 day policy. It was a day late of their policy. ONE DAY. Even after I told them it was a gift and that I didn't receive it on the day it was bought, they still refused. As a mother of a 4 month old, I do not have the open availability to go to the store whenever I like and as a store that caters to my demographic, you'd think they'd be more understanding. I am all for supporting local businesses over big box chains but this store is not worth supporting. The prices are just the same and I've personally received much better customer service any other baby store I've been to. I will never shop there again and will advise others the same.
