Karen and her team were excellent to work with as my wife and I made a transition to Edson through an acreage purchase. To say that Karen went above and beyond would be an understatement. Had an agreement to rent in place, paperwork was being filled out and sent over, made them aware we would pay the next morning. Received a response the next morning that somebody had viewed the property and paid a dd just after we had made the agreement and it was no longer available, not even a phone call before handing it to someone else. Terrible excuse for a company, what else do you expect from a realtor though? Purple Bricks, ComFree or rent direct.

I would give 0 stars if I could, just a horrible company to deal with. Do not rent or purchase through this company if you expect to be treated fairly in any way.
