Dirty landlords scam damage deposit without receipts

After walk thru was told by them that the signed paper would be scanned and emaild to me after being told that all was in order and clean and returned the keys . The document was not only not sent they retained the deposit and stated the place was trashed by us. Very bad company ( broken pipes from upstairs caused severe damage in structure and infiltration, company handed a 3 day notice to empty premises, followed by an eviction upon failure)

Two of the staff members need to be re educated on the RTA.

Horrible landlord, brand new building first tenants in there and it is poorly built, and again just the rudeness from the landlord! Also promised a grassed in fenced in dog park with dog poop bags and got none of the above my poor chihuahua is peeing in puddles of mud because they were lazy with that just like the rest of the building. Landlord wanted to come fix something throughout the week and I work so I was having hard time finding a time to get them in as I work from home Monday to Friday landlord said “we will be giving 48hr notice and we will be coming in you have no choice and if you don’t like it I give you permission to leave” like?! As if this isn’t a home I live in and a hotel! To add: someone broke into my boyfriends car and stole his wallet landlord did not send out any warnings to other tenants and also stated the cameras were not working and appeared offline i am super disappointed in In the company and landlord
