My favourite Yoga and Pilates studio in the city!!! It's been a month to work on my back pain and bad postures. Now the pain is gone and now I'm in love with Pilates! The private classes are amazing, but you also get lots of individual attention in the group classes. I love that the class sizes are always so intimate. I would highly recommend Yo & Mi Studio with Active Pilates Richmond!

Clean and comfortable is a good place for exercise. There are really few places to be able to Pilate, and the price is expensive. This is a very good price that allows you to contact Pirati this movement. There are many other interesting courses.
