Amazing experience with Adam from ARPS. He professionally washed our vinyl home with a spealized detergent and really cool equipment. Everything is on his truck and I like that he wasn't dragging around a pressure washer around my house. He also didn't use any ladders or high pressure and SoftWashed the vinyl siding. All the black mildew and green algae melted off with ease. Highly recommend this company to to give your home a bath.

We had just moved into a house in Clarington and we’re so disappointed in the condition of the exterior vinyl siding.We contacted Adam about our issues with the house. He was very informative and honest about what his service could do for us.We hired him to come power wash the house and believe me, we we not disappointed.The house had a shine to it again which shocked both my partner and I.Adam is one of the most friendly and professional contractors I’ve ever met.

I had my fence done yesterday. My fence was terrible. Almost completely black and full of mold. AR Property Service made it look practically brand new. Colour me impressed and extremely happy with thw work. 100% recommend!!
