Been dealing with Derek now for a couple months while I made up my mind. Very patient and so helpful in helping me choose the right trailer for my needs.Once my decision was made, Derek made the transaction very painless and easy.After hooking my trailer to my jeep and explaining the basics he took me inside to meet the crew( parts , service, etc)Even got to meet the owner. He really went above & beyond to make sure we got exactly what we wanted in a camper. Him & Jim made sure before leaving we were confident in safe hauling.The staff is exceptionally friendly, accommodating, and patient. Highly recommend!

Bought a 22 foot hydraulic tilt flat deck suretrac brand new from work and play, Ryan made the ordering process super easy. Spec it out perfect to exactly what I wanted and needed, never had an issue at all with any of the warranty processes that I needed to have done over the next couple years of owning, they were super fair In explaining what was covered and what wasn’t. Next trailer I buy will definitely be from here!
