I’ve been coming to this spa for about 6 years now, and I absolutely love it. The staff are incredible and kind, which is often rare to find at nail salons as a person of colour. The high level of expertise of the staff is clearly shown in the way they do both manicures and pedicures. They also offer personal pedicure boxes for returning customers, which includes your own nail tools so that no one else has access to it but yourself. Great service, definitely recommend!!

I have been going to Susan’s Nails for over 6 years. The team there are ALL fabulous. Always welcoming and professional. It’s clean and they keep a box with your own tools in it and they’ll also write down your favourite colours in case you forget. Michelle is amazing!Highly recommend Susan’s Nails.

I had a spa manicure and pedicure on Thursday. This was the first time that I went to Susan Nails and Spa. It was the best manicure pedicure I've ever had (and I've had many). I’ve been coming here for several years and am always satisfied with my nails. The salon is very clean and each customer gets their own personal box with sanitized tools. The ladies are all super friendly and accommodating and there are tons of colours to choose from. Will definitely continue visiting!

My wife and I have been here several times now. The service is great, prices are competitive, staff is really knowledgeable compared to most other places and they are easy to communicate with. No language barriers. We'll keep coming back.

Place is amazing. They take care of you and always conversate with you. Helped us pick up awesome nail colors.Only thing is the nail polish didn't last. My regular pedi chipped within 24 hours and my shellac mani 2 nails peeled within 2 days.

I only go here to get my nails done, and I will keep coming back :) I love the staff and how my nails turn out! Very friendly and very neatly done. I always find styles on pinterest and they are always able to match it. Highly recommend coming here!
