I was a customer for approximately 1.5 years, picking up water every 2 weeks. Service was good, I simply changed due to your limited hours on Saturday. (I live out of town). My complaint is; when I went to return my bottles which are clearly marked with your company name, I did not have my original receipt and there was no receipt in your files. I was told this is policy to have receipt and reason given for no refund was how do we know you didn't take bottles from our yard and now trying to return." I can appreciate this reason for some random person trying to return bottles

I have been a Custom Water customer for more than 30 years. Both Sonia and Kurt are comfortable, great people with whom to deal. Customer service is exceptional and I would never go anywhere else for my water.

I bought a water softer from Kurt around 6 years ago. Everything has been great until recently when the unit sprung a minor leak that needed repaired or an expensive replacement part. Kurt came to our house to take a look the day before we were heading away on a two week trip overseas. Instead of patching the unit up and leaving it he took it back to his shop to put it back together and monitor it for the two weeks we were away, making sure it was leak free. The last thing I wanted was the unit springing a bigger leak and flooding my basement when we were away. When we returned home he came to the house and re-installed the repaired part and all has been good. His thoughtfulness and great customer service saved me worrying about it when I was away, as well as the added expense of having to replace the part and/or the whole unit itself. I would have no trouble recommending H & R Custom Water to anyone looking for a great local water solution. Keep up the good work.
