Had purchased several business phones previously from Open Connection over the years with great service. Made the mistake this time of trying a Telus Corporate store because it was nearby which was a total gong show. Squashed that idea quickly and next day went back to Open Connection.Yatin was outstanding with his calm demeanour and understanding of our needs and he put the phone packages together with no stress. He has a great knowledge of the products, the good deals and the process.Best mobility on the North Shore hands down. Highly recommended.

I am a senior with a bit of a hearing problem, waiting for eye surgery, There was an issue with my Telus bill and I needed help.. Yatin offered that help. He was patient, kind, and professional. I walked out of the store with my problem solved. Thank you Yatin!.

Yatin was fantastic-he stayed 2 hours after hours to install all three phones for me-he even left the door open so other customers could come in an ask a quick question or by a an accessory. He went way beyond the call of duty.

Yatin was extremely helpful during my experience getting my new phone set up. Although my previous provider was making things difficult, Yatin went above and beyond to help me out, and also put a lot of care into making sure I had a plan I felt good about. I will definitely be a returning customer.

I instantly felt comfortable as I listened to Khurram be so pleasant to the customers prior to me. He was very efficient at getting me a suitable plan with an ESim too! I would highly recommend!

I was in the store today to change my old mobile provider to Telus, I met Harry and Khurram who were so professional, they helped me to find the best planes and connect the phones and did it all, the service was outstanding and shop’s environment was friendly and warm, I strongly recommend this shop

Had the absolute best experience working with Yatin at Open Connection. I came in after struggling with my Telus account and the Telus agents over the phone. As a long time Telus customer Yatin was able to get me the both better services and an amazing discount. My wife also saw Yatin to change her contract over from rogers. 5 star reviews from mobility, to home.

Harry was helpful in getting me set up with a new phone, explaining the plan options, and answering all my questions. However, he did a poor job of applying my screen protector without bubbles and told me it would get better, when it only got worse. I had to go back 3 days later to ask for a new one. Thankfully they provided one free of charge but it took two more attempts by two separate staff to get the job done with no specks or bubbles. Friendly service though!
