Is there even a point in booking an appointment?. Every time I take my 78 year old great grand mother and I’ve booked her appointment or she has we sit there for over two hours waiting to get in from before the time she was actually booked to after.

My appointment was at 5:20 didn't get in to the room until 6:20 we'll see how long it takes for me to see the doctor since I'm still sitting here. All for a stupid note saying I can get the twinrix shot for my trip. Never coming here again don't care how desperate I am. Only have 1 star because I had to.

This makes me so disappointed in Canada's healthcare system.The doctor sent me for a blood test but didn't sign the paperwork. I went to line up at LifeLabs early the next morning, but was told I couldn't do a blood test because there was no doctor's information and signature.

The receptionist here are so rude I'm not sure how they still have jobs. Speaking amongst each other and answering in one word answers is rude and unprofessional.

One of the worst doctors in the city. Drags appointments out longer than necessary. Increases cost of medical forms 50%. Doesn't open until 3pm when online states 230.

Location will probably not actually be open if you try to go to this clinic. Constantly closing at 12:30pm or having no doctors half the day. If it does happen to be open, wait time is over two hours.
