Had to wait 4 hours because the previous guest forgot to return the keys, they did not bother sending someone earlier to open our room so we could get rid of our luggage.When they finally arrived it turned out that they hadn't even cleaned the room yet (Changing the bed sheets, trash, etc.). So if the previous guest would have returned the keys, we would have slept on a dirty bed...
