Server was super helpful and probably should be working somewhere better than here. To be honest, it was my fault for ordering a burger at a restaurant that serves pasta. I guess the server saw me look at the 1 inch by 1 inch beef patties and saw the look of disappointment for a $17.99 burger. She said she would fix it and it came back looking like this. Won't go back but I used to really like this place. Oh well!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at east side Mario’s and I must say that the service I received from our server was exceptional. From the moment we were seated, our server was friendly, attentive, and professional.Not only did our server Ashly take the time to explain the menu and offer recommendations, but they also made sure to check on us throughout the meal to ensure that we had everything we needed. They were quick to refill our drinks and answer any questions we had about the food.What really stood out to me was how our server Ashly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. They had a great sense of humor and made the dining experience enjoyable from start to finish.Overall, I would highly recommend east side Mario’s to anyone looking for a great dining experience, and a big part of that recommendation is due to the fantastic service we received from our server. Thank you for a wonderful evening!

Tried to get a booth that was empty and the guy told us no, Even though the restaurant wasn't full. We sat and ate our meals and when we left, the booth still was empty. The booth wasn't broken or anything like that. Other than that it was pretty good. The waitress was great!!

If I would rate Zero star, I definitely would do it. Went there with the family (8 persons).And we wasted our time and money over nothing !!Waited over 1 hour just to have our food, and it was cold literally cold !!We did order hell's kitchen, and it was a very small portion like half of the chicken breast was cut in half !! And our vegetables weren't even steemed !!!And the very last meal we received was for my little one for her kids' meal as it arrived the very very last meal and it was the only hot food at our table!! That she couldn't even eat it ..(where it should be the first meal to come !!)what a joke ..never coming back or recommending this place to anyone...NOT HAPPY AT ALL...

I had some family from out of town and decided to treat them to dinner at this East Side Mario’s location in London. Our waitress, Vera, was absolutely incredible! The manager didn’t really introduce himself but took our drink orders and told us our waitress would be over soon. Vera introduced herself while she helped deliver our drinks to the table and brought over some fresh bread for us. My brother advised he has an allergy to eggs and milk and she quickly provided us with the QR code to scan on the back of the menu that had the list of ingredients in each of their menu items! This was a great feature for my brother to find something to eat knowing there wouldn’t be any allergens in it. Vera stopped back over at our table again with fresh bread to take our order and quickly brought out to soups and salads and continually checked in if we needed any refills on drinks or soups or salads and joking and laughing with us. The food was delivered shortly after and was delicious. Vera came by and asked if we wanted fresh parm which is my favourite part. Overall great experience with Vera as our waitress!!It should be noted the last two times we visited this location there were some other patrons complaining to the manager about wait times as they seem to be a bit short on staff (using the hostess as the bus boy, etc). The manager does not seem to diffuse situations very well and is always seen laughing with colleagues in the back when being confronted with customer complains. If we did not have the experience we had with our amazing waitress my rating would be lower due to experiencing bad management.

Wonderful atmosphere, the food was very filling and the portions were perfect! We had Sarah S. as our server and she was very lovely and made us feel right at home. Definitely a great place to have a good dinner!

WOW tonight was something so refreshing for this location… my hubby and I both worked 10.5 hour days, and just wanted some good service, and easy quick loads of food after a long day, and to our surprise we were treated like celebrities… DJ the server was AMAZING!!! We had huge salads, constant refills on salads, and food, and we were so so happy and satisfied. We will be back east sides!!! Thanks for the great service! DJ should be the server of the YEAR

We had such a lovely time tonight. Service was impeccable! Food was hot and fresh and all you can eat was replenished frequently. Our server Kayla C went out of her way to make sure my kids were smiling and having such a great experience! We will definitely be back ☺️

Very disappointed to be honest. Did an order for pick up tonight. A family meal. Both pastas were severely lacking in sauce and the linguine chicken tetrazzini barely had anything in it (pictured)The garden salad wasn’t great either. Definitely not fresh.This isn’t the only time i have received a poor product but I thought I’d give them another chance. This is the first time I’ve ordered a family meal and it will definitely be the last. Clearly by the reviews for this location, it’s an ongoing issue.
