While on vacation water got behind my iPhone screen and we thought the phone was done. We stopped by and the staff had the screen replaced and working within 20 minutes - highly recommend their services.

In 2023, my iPhone 7 battery failed then finally it would not work through cellular. I was looking at the iPhone X and I was attracted to BC Gadgets as there was good street parking nearby. I have a handicap and if I have to walk too far I risk falling.The price quoted to me for a a 10 was fair. Not a give away price but fair in my opinion. As it would take awhile to clone my old one to my new one I was offered a chair which was much appreciated. They were also very helpful to be getting out of the chair.The ne thing I did not do was hold the phone much. My mistake. I had forgotten that there are 2 iPhone variants then. The X and XR. To deliver maximum value to me the owner selected a very nice XR with a bigger screen. Unfortunately, when I got home I realized that this phone was about 0.3 wider than my 7. My 71 year old arthritic hands have a pain free middle position where I can hold a phone all day long pain free.Unfortunately the XR's extra width it just enough to move my finger joints to a different position where they hurt. I canned the next morning and once I explained the situation the owner agreed to an exchange right away and went above and beyond and gave me curbside service.I was quite pleased with his empathy with my condition and to accommodate my needs. Even though he had to do the transfer twice

I had a crack on my iPhone 11, which resulted in the screen blacking out. I went in and spoke with Mandeep and was presented with a couple options depending on how much I wanted to spend. I was able to get a quality phone screen as well as a screen protector and new case.The service was great but fair warning, the screen isn’t an Apple brand screen so you will get a notification that the display has an unknown part. With that being said the screen is fine, and your saving over $150 on the repair.

Broke my google pixel screen, he didnt have the screen in stock. Oh well put $100 dollar down payment and they had it fixed by the end of the next day. Quick professional service, if I break my phone again I'll be bring it back here. Hopefully won't have to though
