Very professional company to work for, a company with great ambition. I work at SSR part time because of being a full time student at BCIT and the supervisors are really understanding and willing to work around your schedule. Love working here! A very nice place to work with an excellent environment!

SSR Security did an amazing job and helped us through a security nightmare. We had our building garage door stuck and last night we had some homeless people doing drugs and sleeping on the fire exit stairs so we called SSR Security until this gets resolved. Jason was polite, professional, and prompt the entire time. The costs were all clear and presented up front. I will definitely be using them for all our security needs in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking for security.

Amazing service and reasonable price! We had a break in for one our properties so we contacted Darrel at ssr security and when everyone refused to provide services on the last minute, they were able to schedule a security guard for the night who was very very professional. Highly recommended.

Excellent and knowledgeable service, both over email and in person. Lovely guys who really know their stuff.The security guards are super friendly and professional and that was one of our utmost concerns before we kept security for our business. We were skeptical about having security before as we did not know how all our customers would perceive it to be. Excellent and knowledgeable owner and staff. Great coordination with the security team to ensure proper protocols are followed.Security gaurds were needed on emergency basis and SSR team was able to deliver and arrange it in a very small time frame during the Christmas Holidays. Security guards were well trained and followed the schedule. Overall a great experience. Highly recommended.

Such a wonderful company to work for. I have been working for SSR Security almost a year and a half now. Fantastic company who truly care about their employees. I have never seen another company care as much or have such a genuine desire to deliver customer service at the highest level possible.

SSR Security is the best! Security guards are very professional and neat. There staffs handled queries with urgency. Security guards are very well trained on their job and very presentable from head to toe. Exceeds customer expectation, will surely recommend!

This review is long overdue but needs to be out there. The gist of it all is that these guys do an amazing job with great customer service you deserve. I worked with Darrell and his team for one our events and the whole process was enjoyable.I first contacted ssr security back in early December 2018. They quickly referred me to their team-mate Darrell who is also an events supervisor. Throughout this whole month process Darrell was very enthusiastic and patient. They made sure I knew what I was walking into by covering all aspects for the events. Their whole security team was very professional and super friendly to all our guests and customers.Overall I highly recommend SSR Security, especially Darrell. He was a pleasure to work with and will make sure you don’t have to worry about any security concerns at your event.

Make sure you vet any/all security persons hired from SSR. Check certifications, check prior experience and double check once they start at your site. My experience with SSR has been a total disappointment! Numerous incidents of staff belongings being taken, merchandise stolen and no access control whatsoever (all under SSR's watch). As for customer service... it's hard to be attentive to patrons while yapping on your personal mobile phone with your friends all shift. The guard was literally picking his nose, rolling it up in a ball and flicking it. Absolutely disgusting conduct! I highly suggest choosing a company that actually cares and isn't a total fraud. Don't buy into these bogus customer experiences - almost every profile avatar is stolen from somewhere else online and easily reverse image searched. SSR is the most unethical and unprofessional company I have ever seen! They are a disgrace to the industry!
