I got a flat tire a few blocks from their shop and called to see if I could get it fixed. After 21 minutes on hold listening to the elevator music interspersed with them telling me how awesome their customer service was I finally got a hold of someone. I explained that I needed a tire plugged on a motorcycle and the guy interrupted me to explain they didn't do motorcycles. I repeated that I didn't need the tire taken off, I just needed a plug. We don't have the balancing equipment for motorcycles

I'm from out of town, bent a rim in a pothole, tire was flat, just rolled in, they had me back on the road in less than 30 minutes, for less than $40. Couldn't of asked for better service.

I found the staff really helpful at Frisby's and prepared to offer good advice. I bought two new tires there and had them installed with two older ones. Then I went back a couple of weeks later with 20 new wheel lugs (to replace the old ones on my car) which they they installed for free. Pleased and surprised at this!

Helpful and Friendly staff. I had a flat in my summer tire (nail in it), they patched it up within 30mins without trying to upsell or any slimy sales pitches.I, also, purchased winter tires and had them installed, very reasonable prices. And car was completed faster than the alloted time. I highly recommend this place for any of your tire needs.

Super friendly and efficient service. My mother was visiting from out of town and had lost a lot pressure in one of her back tires. Even though they were in the middle of winter tire change madness, they checked her tires right away, and didn’t even charge us. Highly recommend!

*Look elsewhere* if you want your wheels to come back in the same condition they were when you parted with them. With the wheels scattered all over the lot and stacked on top of each other (see photos), this place couldn’t care less about how they handle your property!I went to Frisby to have a flat tire patched and plugged. Prior to handing off the tire to an attendant, I indicated that the rim was in pristine condition and offered to inspect it. “Sure, no worry” was the last I heard as he wheeled it inside the shop.Fast forward to the pick-up time and I see the attendant fetching my wheel, not wrapped or otherwise protected, from underneath a pile of boxes. Surprise! There are multiple scuffs/scratches across the rim. They obviously denied any wrongdoing, insisted that the scuffs were there to begin with and told me not to try to pull this off on them". It was pointless to argue with them and I can only blame myself for taking my business there.In retrospect
