The staff was very helpful and explained their process, which made me feel secure about leaving my luggage. It was a very easy process and I will use them again in the future.

No problems at all... was able to drop the bags off within minutes.. and picked them up in no time.... the system they use seems good and secure.

So easy to check in on the app, convenient location and professional staff. Such a wonderful option when you have a late flight and want to see the city!

We went to this location twice in our stay in Vancouver. Once before checking in to our air bnb and one before heading to the airport to come back home. The first encounter wasn’t the best. We got stuck in a long line that was waiting to check into the hotel. Once we finally got to the front of the line we went to the next open receptionist. She didn’t acknowledge us and kept her head down in the computer or on a receipt book or something. A simple “give me a moment” or “I’ll be with you in a second” would have been nice. Luckily I waited in line(it was my wife that tried to make the move to that specific receptionist. Eventually the other receptionist called me up where my wife followed.Come to find out that the bags don’t even stay in the hotel and they have me a key to go next door to drop off our luggage. I think it would be wise to have a separate line for a separate business that they are running but I guess that’s my own personal opinion. The second time we went there was no line and everything was smooth, quick and efficient.

Great service, super central location, good price. Easy way to get the most out of a day in the city without lugging around heavy bags.

No problem once I figured that this location isn't just a luggage storage location. You check-in in a hostel/bar and walk next door to hand over your luggage. There's no sign saying 'Bounce' anywhere.

Used a small grocer near Pacific central Station in Vancouver. It was easy, secure, and overall a very made luggage storage easy.

Had to check out of our Airbnb early with a full day left before our flight home. Found Bounce online and located a luggage storage location just a block away with great reviews. The storage is associated with the hostel and in a secured room. You tag your bags, take a photo and the room is monitored and guarded. When picking up bags you are accompanied by staff who double checks your photos before you leave with the bags. Super convenient and easy. Glad I found this!

We used Bounce to store two suitcase and a rucksack at zaatar w zeit in Vancouver. Everything was easy and the people at Zaatar w Zeit were very friendly. Using Bounce allowed us to drop off the bags and allowed us the ability to wander around Vancouver for 8 hrs without lugging the cases with us.
