Went in Wednesday night for a pitstop for a drink. Paul was super friendly. Customer service 5/5.

This comment to Mr. PAUL to the gentleman who helped me at 2 o'clock morning one-day when i lost my phone and i needed a taxi i was walking into the station hoping to find anyone who can help me then he showed up and he called the blue and white taxi company to order a taxi for me from his own cell phone .. i would stayed until morning in the street outside with -38 degree weather without him ... BIG THANKS to you sir i wish all people have a heart like your heart .

Don’t go here for your lottery needs. They won’t accept your winning tickets or scratch cards. I completely understand concerns regarding the pandemic, but you shouldn’t be selling them if you’re not willing to accept any winners.

I have a Triangle card and use it in many stores with no problems. However, 25% of the time my card fails at the pumps at this gas bar (no problems using the card in-person). They have had signs in the past stating that a pay-at-the-pump option wasn't available for particular pumps so I don't think it's my card. The problem isn't fixed and it's really annoying. I can't understand how a CTC Gas bar doesn't fix it's pay-at-the-pump problem, how they keep declining a CTC credit card and they refuse to fix the problem? (Edit: tried again last night at a different pump, my card was rejected again when tapping, but it works fine at any other store. I won't be going back, this is insane).

Paying with a chip card doesn't work at half the pumps it just says chip error but works at another pump. I now have to wait for a certain pump to be open just to pay at the pump.

I go to this particular location because I literally pass it every day of the week. This particular day was JULY 15 around 4:30-5:00pm 2021. I wanted to check my lottery tickets with a teller not myself or online or on any app because I wanted to claim some of my winnings. I walked inside there was nobody else customer wise inside the store except for myself and the lady teller, her name as she told me later when asked is BAILEY. she did not greet me. I however said hello to her and asked for her to check my lottery tickets I believe I had 4 I wouldn't know because when she rejected my request to check my lottery tickets herself and demanded that I go check them at self check out near the front door I said to her that I would prefer her to check them. As she took my tickets she informed that there was an app to check them. I told her I was aware of all the ways to check them myself and that I wanted a live teller to check them for me. scanned the tickets some were winners she crunched all the tickets that were scanned into the garbage and did not inform of how much money I won she only asked if I wanted encore with one f them. she placed my free play and my Toonie on the counter. I was in shock and disbelief. Not only was she potentially trying to short me on my wins she discarded my old tickets immediately into the trash bin never once asking me if I wanted to keep my originals or even replay them. I asked her if I could get a bag of ice. the ice box is outside directly behind her back door I paid for the ice went outside to meet her only to find my ice sitting on top the dirty icebox and her already inside. I wen back inside requested she give me my original tickets from the bin which she did slowly and unpleasant. I asked her why she never asked me as a customer if I wanted my original backs in turn she chuckled back. after I waited many minutes of her trying to find my tickets I asked for her name and left got home my ice was leaking and had holes in it. Something still does not sit well with the way she handled my tickets and the amount of money I won" which I am assuming was 2 dollars but it could've been more. I will be contacting OLG for further investigation as well as Canadian Tire customer service. I will never come into this location again if she is working (bailey)"

The gas bar is fine well serviced ... but it's *always* the most expensive gas in the area. I live almost beside it but don't usually buy my gas there.Example Today Feb 23: Reg is 87.9At Pioneer Lakeshore Rd W and Loren Park Rd ...Reg is 85.7Data from GasBuddy App.

The only reason for my five star rating would be due to the superior level of customer service provided by the staff. I have been here in the morning , afternoon and evening and regardless of who is behind the counter I always get amazing customer service. We all know that the prices for snacks etc are way too expensive but if you just need gas and a positive customer service experience...than this is the place.

I pulled into the gas station after it had closed and the owner had just locked up. He opened everything back up to help me. You don't find people willing to do that very often anymore. Amazing person and service!

Please be aware and check what are you paying for. They cheat on the price.You select regular gas at the pump and they charge you as a premium gas.They take advantage from Ministry of Government and Consumer Services because they don't cover consumers when the amount of refund is under $50.
