If I could give them zero stars I would.They are so worried about losing their insurance licenses they can't even help the Customer correctly. They claim to be doing what mpi tells them and will refuse to help you. Went directly to mpi on gateway and they took care of my insurance in 5 minutes.Turns out they screwed up my insurance and I wasn't even covered properly for the last year.P.s. the mask goes over the nose too.

Horrible service, The first time I visited this location was last summer. I canceled my car insurance and insured my truck for the fall winter. I had a balance of over $700 that I wanted mailed to me in the form of a cheque. I recieved a notice a month later that I had a credit on my account and no cheque was being mailed. I later found out in the spring when I wanted to change my insurance back to my car that it was already insured and that it had not been canceled. I recently visited this location to enroll my daughter in driver's education and was met with negativity about me not having the correct information. A Client Care Associate" should be positive so the customer feels good about his/her visit. No like you just left the principal's office after getting in trouble. I will NOT be back."

Awesome customer service. They definitely believe in going above and beyond. Recommend them every chance i get.

i was assisted by the three staff different times for my drivers liscence and car registration then came back the next day together with my wife for her drivers liscence and car regs... i would like to give 5 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ to both the lady in the front desk and the lady siting in the desk close to the wall... both of them were very very good..thank you youve done such a wonderful job.

The staff happily investigated what house insurance was best for me and the best price. The next year they called to see if they could again look into house insurance for me. Good, reliable customer service and pleasant staff.

Today I had the distinct pleasure of dealing with Mary Lynn and Marlene today. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left - I received the absolute most amazing customer experience. They both went above and beyond to ensure that I received the right coverage, best price, and explained everything to me in high detail.I just can't say enough about the incredible positive experience this afternoon. I'd think it takes quite an impression to move the needle in the insurance game but this was one amazing push. Highly recommend visiting the wonderful people at the Kildare location - especially Mary Lynn, and Marlene.Thank you again for the wonderful service.

I have nothing but good things to say about this broker, I couldn't get my new woodstove WETT inspected/installed by the end of the lake season and I like to spend fall out in the Whiteshell.So I ordered a mini CSA approved Kerosene Heater and Darlene went out of her way to get it approved for me, without her persistence I wouldn't of been able to be out at the lake this fall.Thank Darlene

This is my go-to place for my insurance needs but today I was more than a bit disappointed. I went to register a vehicle I recently purchased and they denied me because the date was not on the bill of sale. I understand the need for complete information but the date was on the vehicle registration sale details and I told the agent I bought it yesterday. She could have just had me sign it instead of shooing me away.I went to my car, grabbed a pen, entered the date and went to another broker. WYATT DOWLING on Regent. Great service, knowledgeable staff!

Alana was very helpful in my situation, she was calm and friendly even though I can admit I was a little stressed and adamant. I appreciate the outstanding customer service at this location. Good job!
