After two years of trying to get a building permit the municipality said I had to fire code all opening on my building adjoining my deck. This would have been at extensive cost and loss of functioning windows. CodeNext was able to write a report with reference to all the sections pertaining to my build and why fire code was not required.This service was provided quickly and at a reasonable cost. I would highly recommend CodeNext

We had a project with this crew. Their junior staff sincerely tried to help and understand where they could.However when the going got tougher and the City asked questions, codenext abruptly bailed. This was very stressful for us to deal with mid project. We wish they would have warned us about their limitations prior.We ended up moving to their competitor LM who specialized in fire codes and we never looked back, the project turned out easy to finish.
