Such a pleasurable experience!! I love trying out new spa places and have luxury experiences and not so great ones, and Zone One Zone Spa was probably one of the best experiences I’ve had. The massage hit every point I was looking for, exceptional service, attentive care, and the right amount of pressure. The site was clean and tidy and the masseuses seemed knowledgeable and were friendly. Would definitely recommend as their pricing is valuable and they also have a membership program.

Came here for the :60 min foot and shoulders combo to catch up with a friend. The staff were nice and applied just the right pressure... will be coming again!The space was clean and they had rooms to host two at a time perfect way to catch up with friends.

I was pleased with my experience here. It started when I called in to book a package for my mom’s birthday. The nice man over the phone was patient and explained all my options and I was satisfied with the prices. He even accommodated my early appointment which was before their opening time. It is located in a convenient, not so busy plaza on highway 7 that has a lot of parking. I had the best facial of my life and my mom enjoyed her hot stone massage. One thing that I wish they did was provide more heating in the room prior to the start of our appointment , we were really cold for a long time and they eventually provided blankets and heated bag. They also served tea afterwards which was nice to enjoy. I liked that it was also not busy and the staff was attentive.

Zone One Zone is by far one of the best massage experiences I have had. The staff super attentive and caring. The owner is extremely knowledgeable and gives his full attention to clients knowing & remembering their preferences and needs every visit- we aren’t treated as “just another client”. 10 on 10 reccomend.

Loved this place! Monica was my masseuse and she was by far the best I've ever had. The place was so clean and organized. The people were so friendly and well mannered.10/10 would absolutely recommend this place for a relaxing massage.
