I was served by Diane at cash and she was the sweetest human being. Made my whole day. The service was quick as well, I got my coffee in less than 2 minutes. Such a wholesome staff!

Great location but.. I usually come here sometimes during my work hours to get a drink and for the first time yesterday for some reason yesterday I didn't get ANY vanilla syrup in my cup and the grande cup was BARELY filled up. I don't know if they ran out or someone new is working there but it was very disappointing. I don't want to be a disappointed so please make it right.

First time coming here. And probably the last time as well. Ordered my fav drink. Not only did they manage to mess it up, they made a messy drink as well with all the foam coming out. I asked for a napkin and they acted like I don't even exist. Even to the next customer they gave the drink with foam all over outside the cup. For the first time I hated my favorite drink because of the way they made it.

Not really a fan of Starbucks but we got a gift card so decided to use it.We ordered:a coffee: not good. No flavourhot apple cider: basically hot apple juice. A bit sour but ok.bacon sausage wrap: not good. Not one piece of bacon. Low quality sausage. Thick, hard, dry, cardboard wrap. Egg is okfeta spinach wrap: good option not the best tasting but ok

Ordered on ubereats. I paid about $5 extra for add-ons (syrup, cold foam, oat milk) and received a plain drink with none of the add-ons that I was charged for. I either pick up or order starbucks, nearly everyday, for work and now I have something that I won’t drink. What a waste.

Decent starbucks outlet, staffs are ok but not very attentive. I had ordered a no foam coffee but i got heavily foamed coffee. I trusted that they would be preparing as per specifications mentioned in my mobile order. So even if you do a mobile order, pls be sure to mention the staff on ur specifics else they will prepare on their own wish. Earlier days we used to sit and have coffee and if there an issue we could report it at cafe but nowdays we are taking out and often people dont take an effort to go back to cafe and report it and drink what they get. Due to few incompetent staff the name of Starbucks is getting affected.

I've never tried the chocolate java mint Frappuccino so I ordered one without whipped cream. I don't like whipped cream. The barista gave me a beige drink that was nothing like the one shown on the poster, and then he went to the end of the bar table to chat with a friend who just came in the store while I was waiting for the drink. I told the barista that my drink didn't look like the one on the poster. He told me that he forgot to add the mocha drizzle and asked another barista to deal with the drink. The other barista just removed the whipped cream, put in mocha drizzle, added a whipped cream, and gave it to me. The entire drink didn't look like what you can see from the poster so I asked her if this is how this drink is supposed to make originally. She said she'll remove the whipped cream again and stir it for me. I told her actually I said no whipped cream but since you added it anyways I don't wanna waste the drink. At the end she still gave me a drink with whipped cream (the same drink that the barista made from the start, but added mocha sauce and whipped cream again and again), with you're very welcomed

Hello, I go to Starbucks every day. But today I went to 7333 Woodbine for the first time. I ordered a large Dragon Fruit and a large Cappuccino. The gentleman entered a medium Dragon fruit but I caught his error and reminded him I asked for large.When my order came (I paid on my app), I was given the correct Large dragon fruit but only a Medium cappuccino. I told a young lady about the error and she was quite rude. She said “you only paid for a medium cappuccino.” I replied that I ordered both large she was gruff and said “Do you want me to show you the bill?!”I was never offered the correct size as has been the case at other Starbucks where I have sometimes been told to keep the mistaken order and been made a new, correct drink.Very surprised by the service at this location. Thank you.
