Pro Aerators LTD

We have been using Pro Aerators for 3 seasons now. Taval and his team always do a great job with spring and fall cleanup, summer maintenance and mowing, and weed control. They come on time and charge a fair price! I have recommended them to several neighbours. Give them a try and see for yourself!

Taval saved the day. Very professional and hard working. I wish i took before and after pictures. Update: Currently experiencing poor communication and scheduling issues. Don’t feel as if our property is a priority anymore. Spring clean up performed wasn’t satisfactory (left over dead plants and branches). Disappointed to have to hire multiple companies for work that should be consistent and thorough.Throughly impressed with the services provided by Pro Aerators. I’ve had many gardeners in the past that never took the time to listen or complete the job with much care or attention. PA’s crew really took the time to listen to my needs and made sure I was happy with their work before they left. Couldn’t have asked for a more pleasant experience. Great job guys see you next time.

I had Pro aerators come to my house and aerate my front and back lawn. I am very happy with my experience and am very satisfied with the job that they were did at my property. I was not home at the time the work was completed. They called me upon arrival and were on time to begin work, I left the payment for them and the rest is history. In addition to doing the main areas discussed, they also paid attention to a few areas I was hoping they would reach. They did and I was happy about that. I will call them again next year.

After a miscommunication led to an unsatisfactory first cleanup of our business's gardens, Taval and his team quickly rectified the situation and beautifully detailed the property. We even hired them back a second time after some heavy rain brought the weeds back. Amazing job and great customer service.

EDITED TO SAY: received receipt and gate was a quick fix for my husband. I did add some stars because of this.Aeration for an “average” sized subdivision home.Took 3 tries to get this company to come out. First time, they just didn’t show up. It was raining, so that’s understandable except that there was zero communication (no call, text, or email) to let me know they wouldn’t be coming.The second try, they went to the wrong house in a completely different city. They said they’d be back later in the afternoon; when I could no longer be home.The third try, they just arrived- no phone call to say when they arrived or when they left. Unfortunately when they showed up this time, I wasn’t home. Would have appreciated a “we’re done!” call or text.When I got home, I noticed they didn't move the two (plastic and very light) lawn chairs- just aerated around them- fine. I should have moved them. More disappointing is the fact that the latch on my gate was busted off- probably from slamming it shut. This was NOT damaged this morning. I know because I have a dog who likes to take off so I constantly check that the latch is shut.Saying all that, they were the company that did get back to me the fastest and the aeration was done properly.At the end of the day, I was disappointed in the lack of communication.Would try again to give the benefit of the doubt and hopefully be able to give 5 stars like many of the other review.

The grass on my front lawn was very dead, so I started looking for landscaping companies. Pro Aerators was the only company that answered my call right away and got me a quote in a timely manner.The crew laid down the sod in June last year and now that winter is over my grass is still looking amazing! I would definitely recommend this company and will be hiring them again in a couple months to start trimming and maintenance!

Pro Aerators have been doing our lawn and yard work for a year. Taval and the guys are very friendly, reasonably-priced, and great at what they do. I'm very happy with their service, and have recommended them to others who are also pleased and very satisfied with their services. I highly recommend to hire them for any yard, and landscaping work.

Unbelievably work!! They Dethatched and Aerated my lawn in early spring. Great price and they know what their doing. They took 2 passed over my lawn with the aerator and did all the clean up work after dethatching. I even recommended them to do my neighbours lawn.
