I used Sam as my doula in March 2021. Covid was in full force during this time and hospitals were not allowing anyone other than one support person in the birthing room. Sam connected with, me right from the start and all throughout my labour and delivery, virtually. She answered all my questions, calmed me down when I was a wreck and helped me make informed decisions. She was kind, respectful and always had my wants and needs at the forefront. Would use her again if I were to have another baby!

Sam supported us through the birth of our second child. Due to restrictions in Feb 2021, she was unable to be at the Birth Centre with us physically but was supportive prior, during, and after the birth. She had video chats with us to discuss the plan, supported my partner virtually while I gave birth and followed up with care and compassion. She is a wonderful, kind, caring and supportive person that instantly makes you feel comfortable. I would highly recommend her services to first time or repeat parent(s) looking for additional resources and birthing /post partum support.

Sam was absolutely incredible! She came to our house for two back-to-back Saturday sessions last spring. She provided ample information at an easy-to-follow pace. Both my husband and I felt comfortable asking questions throughout the sessions. We found that we learned so much about the birthing process and that our classes left us prepared to welcome our son.

Sam was so wonderful and supportive for my husband and I for the birth of our first child. The postpartum visit and text support was especially valuable being a first time mom.
