Beautiful restaurant that was very busy, even at 9pm (hr before closing!). Food was delicious - we ordered oysters (shucked well, clean), beef tartar (fresh, delicious, my fav), papperdelle (beef was so tender, papperdelle was cooked perfectly) and garberi pizza (a tad scarce on the toppings but still yummy).

We came here on a Friday night to celebrate a special family birthday. The food was excellent and the service was superb (Chad our server was very charismatic and definitely enhanced our overall dining experience).We ordered the PEI oysters, caesar salad, fichi e burrata, truffle frites, and arancini for our shared appetizers.For our mains we ordered the tomahawk steak which comes with delicious smashed potatoes and rapini (feeds 2-4) it fed four of us with a few leftovers to spare… possibly because of the appetizers. The others ordered the bone in veal, grilled whole branzino, carpaccio, and a haddock dish that was a daily special.Everyone enjoyed their meal and it’s safe to say we will be back for more celebrations in the near future.

Lovely, cozy setting. Not happy with our table: right in the narrow path of diners entering/exiting although there were other available tables for 2. Service was professional and competent. Calamari salad was somewhat disappointing. There were 2 small pieces of octopus on a bed of salad, granted the octopus was cooked to perfection, with just the right amount of sear and was super tender. Delicious! Our meals were both delicious and tasty. Portions were adequate. Dessert of meringue with fresh strawberries & rhubarb was inspired and unique. I wanted to lick my plate!

Great vibe, even on a Tuesday evening! We sat on the back patio which was super cute and quaint, like you’re in your own backyard. Heat lamps are scattered around so you can stay out on cooler summer nights. We had the fungi pizza (delish crust!!) and pappardelle with braised short rib and the portions were perfect. They also have daily specials not on the menu. Service was great (thanks Chad) and we look forward to coming back.

You MUST eat here! It was a warm evening and the thunderstorms had just rolled past. We sat on the patio amongst many others also braving the possible return of rain for the chance to eat Al fresco. The atmosphere was inviting and cozy, blankets offered if you were chilly and umbrellas at the ready in case the rains come back. Our server Raven was lovely! She was kind and very knowledgeable about the menu, even providing her opinions on her favourite choices (pappardelle di monzo). We shared the veal meatballs and arancini while sipping rose Prosecco. Staff were friendly and helpful to one another. The manager, Allison, came and greeted all tables. Ensuring everyone was happy with their meals. We weren’t rushed, but encouraged to just sit back and relax, and on a Friday night, I could think of nothing better to do. We ended the meal with a light and refreshing pavlova to share.I would recommend going if you are celebrating, needing a break from cooking or just need to have your tastebuds pampered.

This restaurant is AMAZING and should have far better reviews. This is coming from a foodie who comes from Toronto.The ambiance is perfect, back patio is lovely and the servers are knowledgeable and very nice. They have daily specials and non-alcoholic Cocktails! Courtney served us and rocked it.10/10 service.10/10 food.10/10 atmosphere.This will be our new go to!

The pizza bar is great. Pizza and octopus. The pizza was excellent. The octopus , potatoes was blah, boiled, oil and lemon. Could be better. The bar stools are for tiny people and kept sliding off.

Went here on the recommendation from a friend who has family Thornbury. Was not disappointed.We arrived and were seated quickly. Peter our server was fantastic and was a great conversationalist. First great impression was he had the specials memorized with all the details. I didn’t order any of them but kudos to him for the performance.My wife and I had split the Burrata cheese, and we both shared the Gnocchi and Pizza. The food was great. We didn’t leave a crumb. Albeit, it is a touch pricier than your average place, but you can tell it was not prepackaged good and the ingredients were well thought out to make sure the flavour profile was on point. You don’t get that at a Kelsey’s; so kudos to the chef.All in all, was a great night. Enjoyed several of their specialized cocktails to our enjoyment.Will go back again.
