I received my boots in mail - nice boot - I think it is called the ILKA or something , they are dark brown, short boot. They are a 'winter rainboot' - just what I need. However, when I got the boot they were sticky, and the colour was coming off them. Had to leave town for a bit so was unable to return them within the 30 days of purchase. I've tried to wipe them. buff them, nothing works. Not sure what to think about that? Never had that happen. Is a waste of money for me.
