We run into a situation that the door glass inserts had to be installed twice more after the initial time. Grayson was kind and helpful both times. Each time all was done timely and in professional manner. The last time help was needed as the door was warped and replace by the builder. The partners replaced the insert free of charge. This kindness was not expected, but very much appreciated. It is great to see such selfless gesture from hard working people.
