Great Canadian Oil Change

I had several oil changes done at that location before without problems. After the last one I noticed after 2 weeks that there was an oil puddle in the garage and that there was no oil left in the engine. I called the shop and was told that I could come back but that I better go to a repair shop since the issue would probably be unrelated to the oil change (low oil level and condensations had been observed during the service) and that the oil would probably leak again if I would come back. I went to a repair shop and was told that the spill was due to 2 problems. 1) the wrong washer had been used for my car and 2) the oil filter had not been properly secured. Consequently the oil leaked out through the oil filter. When I ask the repair shop if this was beyond doubt a mistake from the Great Canadian Oilchange service they told me: Yes , without a doubt. I complained to the manager of the GCO and he told me to start an investigation. Result of the investigation: I should have called right at the moment where the repair shop noticed an error had been made. For that reason (although they had told me not to come back and to go to a repair shop) they would not be able to reimburse me for the 290$ I paid at the repair shop (oil change + engine cleaning performed) since they did not have the opportunity to verify a mistake on their behalf. So warranty would be not valid.No comment even on the fact that the wrong washer had been used for my car. No explanation why the oil may have leaked after their service but not after the service had been redone by another shop, or why the wrong washer had been used (I guess it would have been difficult to explain). My conclusion: I saved a few bugs when I got the oil change at the GCO compared to many other places but with the $290 I had to pay to fix the mess they left I would say not worth it. May be not a GREAT Canadian oil change after all.....

Wonderful service as always. My guy tonight remembered me from last time which was nice. I choose to come back specifically because of how kind he and his colleague were on my precious visit, so it was nice to see he remembered a positive customer service experience as well several months later.

I had my initial experience with getting an oil change at that place, and I must say, I was quite impressed with the level of service provided. The entire team was efficient and the customer service representative, Safe, did an excellent job.

These guys are unreal. Went in and the tech told me to come back when I actually needed an oil change. Explained to me that synthetic oils last longer. Great honesty and they even topped up my fluids! Great place, could see why there was a line

Always a great experience here, the employees always respectful and courteous, service is quick and done exceptionally. And they allow you to bring your own oil, always a plus. Will continue coming here

I recently visited Great Canadian Oil Change for an oil change and was thoroughly impressed with their service. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, specially Imtiaz, who is very knowledgeable, and efficient. They explained the process to me and answered all of my questions, making me feel confident in their work. The oil change itself was done quickly and professionally, and they even did a complimentary inspection of my vehicle to ensure everything else was in good working order. Overall, I highly recommend Great Canadian Oil Change for their excellent service and quality work. Once again i would like to give Imtiaz and team a huge shoutout for helping with my oil change today.

Overall a good experience. I was able to get my oil changed quickly, and this location was better than others that I have been to when it comes to trying to upsell me stuff. They gave me what I came in for and didn't try to make me add on anything else. I also was able to use a $15 off coupon from the website, making the price more affordable.

These guys were life savers! My daughter had a drivers test at MPI and they were able to quickly fix the light in time for her to make her appointment (and she passed too!). Very grateful for their speedy and friendly service.

Came to this place after work today for an oil change. a regular oil change was done and as i went to start up my car i noticed that the engine light was now on and was warning me about my engine temperature. I immediately asked an employee why this was happening. they told me it wasnt their problem and that i need to take it to a mechanic. i know for a fact i didnt have this problem before i had arrived. Not only did they not fix my car, but they charged me over $100 for their garbage service. wont be back to this location.
