We are so impressed with the whole team at JK Schmidt. They have been so helpful over the past few months with us getting our wedding bands and most recently with me picking out some wedding gifts which were engraved beautifully. They also offered gift wrapping and it was such a nice touch.My husband also had my engagement ring custom made here and it’s absolutely beautiful. I can’t imagine going anywhere else for jewelry now. The customer service we have received really sets them apart. I left my wedding gifts until the last minute, and I feel like they really saved the day with making sure everything I needed was done in time. I am so grateful, thank you!

After talking with several different jewelry store I am so happy I went with JK. I had a few ideas for a custom design engagement ring and JK went above and beyond with answering any questions. this crew is the best!they worked for months with my husband to design a beautiful and completely unique engagement ring to surprise me with and helped me create his wedding band to match. we’ve bought various pieces over the years and they help us clean, maintain and sometimes repair every one.when we come in, we are treated like family and we love them for it! almost 17 years and counting..

Hello all, I needed a necklace repaired quickly and i was having a hard time finding a jeweler that had a goldsmith on location. I called JK Schmidt and explained my dilemma, most jewelers were 4 to 6 weeks waiting period for a repair. I dropped the necklace off on Tuesday and received a call the next day saying the my chain was ready for pick. I would recommend JK Schmidt jewellers to anyone, the staff there is amazing and second to none!!!

Wonderful store with a great website that is easy to navigate and is constantly updated as new inventory arrives. What’s even better, is the service you receive inside the store. I was helped by Tara and Shannon, who were very patient and accommodating with my requests. I will travel from Penticton every time to JK Schmidt to make all future purchases! Thank you!
