I can't believe how amazing Serge and Annie were with me! I had been to so many stores today and they were the only ones to help me figure out what kind of shoes I need and why.I am now a customer for life!! Can't recommend them highly enough.

Dwayne and Serge are awesome. They helped find the exact thing I was looking for (I went through so many shoes) and they were so nice and sweet. I had to return one of them, and although they weren’t able to take them back, Dwayne really took the time to explore every potential solution and was able to stretch the shoe for me to get it to fit right. Even when it was super busy, just so patient and kind! — Marina left something to be desired to be honest, not overly friendly or helpful— , but everyone else that works there is literally amazing. Thanks guys!

Pretty poor service, purchased a pair of running shoes, tried them indoors once and noticed they were too large, still in the condition I bought them in but was refused an exchange. Sportcheck or any running shoe store would do the exchange no questions asked.Furthermore, the clerk left the store unattended both times I went, had to knock on the back door.

Went into this store looking for shoes for my daughter. She typically has a tuff time finding shoes to fit . She is also a very picky shopper . We were blown away by the selection and service by the staff, particularly Serge and Moe.Thank you for making us feel welcome and special .

Dwayne did me a solid. Thanks for ordering such sick kicks in B width.I have narrow feet and it’s near impossible to find a pair of shoes that I like that will fit me. I don’t like typical women’s running shoes as they are usually tragically coloured in fuchsia and tacky teal.Found these awesome shoes there and there were def more styles that I liked. I’ll be back in the spring.Thanks :)

Moe was incredibly knowledgeable and was very helpful in finding my first pair of Hokas. He spent a lot of time making sure we were happy with our purchases and went above and beyond to look for a pair for my wife. 10/10 would recommend!

I've been shopping multiple brands and stores for the past month...I found here the perfect shoe for me with the help of Sergio!Incredible knowledge on his products and amazingly patient.I tried almost 10 pairs of running shoes and felt no pressure at all.I recommend this shoe store and most of all Sergio!I live near Ottawa and will be returning for my next buy!Thanks again :)
