We've been going here for years now and the food is always fantastic. Prices are very reasonable for the portions and quality. Staff have always been very friendly.

People in the VERY back were not wearing masks while organizing the food on trays.But… Delicious! $4 each, huge variety. Dozen for $39. I have only tried the empanadas, but damn are they good. Meat and veggie options. Try the spicy Chimichurri sauce.

I'm very glad to find empanadas in Winnipeg! I've tried most of their flavour and the classic beef empanada (not the spicy one) is still my favorite.They've set up a system to differ all the flavours. The lady was attentive to explain how to identify them - with a cheat sheet showing the different shapes of folding.Although it's good to try and satisfy cravings, each one costs $4 + tax (or $3.75 each when buying a dozen), which is costly in my opinion.Unfortunately, I found the sanitary somewhat a concern, 2 pieces of hair so far (not followed by stomache). Probably fell off while handling them ready to be served.

From the moment I walked in, an incredible aroma filled the air. The food here is incredible - I wasn't sure what to expect but from the moment I bit into one of these empanadas, I understood the rage. Easily one of the tastiest places I have eaten in the area. Great options for everyone, incredibly friendly and helpful staff, and really delicious food. My only regret was that I didn't get more food to take home! Will be back very soon!

My husband and I were on a transcanada road trip, heading back to Calgary. We decided to find lunch just off the ring road. This little gem peaked our interest. I’ e lived in South Florida and know good Latino food, especially empanadas. These are authentic. Hands down a MUST to try. We bought 2 each and could’ve easily downed a dozen. When we got back on the highway, we were both kicking one another that we didn’t buy a dozen.

Really great place! Tons of delicious choices of empanadas of every kind. Also sides and desserts. Very helpful staff, too. Be sure to check it out.Note: the empanadas so need to be heated before eating so the empanadas are great for takeout and going home but not a quick snack on the road. However there are other options in the store for quick takeout (salads, hummus, desserts)

Got a half-dozen variety pack, going for a variety of meat options and a corn empanada (corn is best one!). When holding the pastries, they’ve got some heft. Very large size, as they should be for the price. Unfortunately, I didn’t enjoy them enough to think about returning. Even though the corn empanadas and sauces were great, the meat empanadas could be fairly salty to the point that I found them unpalatable. I’m addition, the price seems in excess of what other artisanal pastry makers charge and is definitely above the enjoyment they gave me. Even considering the size, I still feel like they’re overpriced. But for fairness, my friends are polarized on these meat pockets - some cannot get enough of them and others find them mid at best. Overall, you should try these empanadas. You might just love them!

We were excited to try their food. A lot of recommendations. However we were extremely disappointed. We ordered a dozen (7 variations) Their empanadas were subpar compared to other restaurants with very odd tastes and not very authentic. I get people may like mac and cheese but that’s not Argentinian. At least nothing I have seen.Also their middle eastern tabbouleh salad was awful. It had no flavor, spices or lemon juice. They should let the middle eastern restaurants do middle eastern salads.
