Western GM Drumheller

We were traveling from Saskatoon to West Kelowna when we got a flat tire south of Drumheller. I arranged for a tow truck but had no idea where to get it towed. I was not familiar with the area and had no idea who to contact. I called Western GM and spoke with Doug. He had his technician come back to the dealership after hours to meet me and my family and fix our tire. He went above and beyond to take care of us! This dealership scores 100% for customer service and I recommend everyone take their business there. Thank you Doug, your kindness is very appreciated.

Service Division - has always been fantastic - on a consistent basis.I have consistently gone to this company for my maintenance and service of my well built - 2005 Chevrolet Cavalier, over the course of 15 years. I adore my car, more so because of the stick shift - and the power. I have been unwilling to upgrade to a new vehicle - this vehicle has been outstanding in performance. Same clutch since I bought it 15 years ago. Well built car. (why would I ever give that up. lol)Now that I have bragged about my 2005 Chevrolet Cavalier - let's talkCustomer Service at this location - there are two people that come to mind immediately that I deal with - Darcy throughout the course of my 15 years -friendly, knowledgeable and will give me honest answers to my questions. And in the past year, Lorelee -who is knowledgeable and has amazing customer service know-how - has been outstanding and amazing with me when dealing with some car issues and maintenance.Customer service is at the end of the day, what will make or break a company. - so with these two and others like them at this company, it is no wonder that they are still in business. I appreciate great customer service and will continue to take my car to Western GM Drumheller.To the mechanics- names unknown. - I deeply appreciate how well you have kept my car maintained and running. answered my questions and helped me understand somewhat the mechanics of my car. For without you and your talents and know-how - I would not be travelling or getting on with the business of life. - and without you, let's be honest, Western GM Drumheller would not be what they are today in context to the Service Division. So thank you for always taking care of my car repairs and maintenance.The reason for the 4 stars - is as follows:5 stars for the employees that I have dealt with throughout my 15 years here in Drumheller. - for the consistency of the workmanship has kept me on the road safely.2 stars - for the prices .... I have to say that I could have gone to other places where I could have paid less for the same service. But your people, make it hard to be disloyal.Your employees make a positive impact on your success in business. In my case, a most consistent and positive experience over the course of 15 years.and the car - well this one was well made that alone is a 5 star to Chevrolet - to the making of my 2005 Cavalier.Thank you for all you do and I wish you nothing but more success in 2020. Had to have my Impala serviced twice this fall, Loralee is excellent with customer service and a pleasure to work with. The mechanics worked diligently the second time around to find a small issue that deluded them. Thanks to Travis and the other mechanics for finding the issue. I also was very pleased with the fair price I paid both time. When I went to pick up the car I was surprised to see it had been washed also!! Thank you again to everyone in the service department.

Super friendly and informative staff, offered me free charging of my Tesla, and mentioned that they also offer free coffee and access to washrooms while charging (a sign to advertise this is coming). They also mentioned that they have 80A available to the charger... I was consistently getting 40km/hr while there. Thanks again!!

We had a tire blow out on our camper van while coming into Drumheller. We swapped to our spare and swung by Western GM for an air top up and to have the lugnuts torqued. Loree and Justin helped us out and had us back on the road in the blink of an eye. We're so thankful for such speedy and friendly service.

Our truck broke down on the way to our camping trip. We had it towed to Western GMC when they were closed for Canada Day. When they opened the next day, even though they were full, they managed to get us in and check on sensor codes and our transmission issue.Bob and Darcy from service were both amazing people to deal with.Fixed it up really quickly and we were on our way again.Highly recommend this dealership for above and beyond service.

I first came to Western for an out of province inspection, Darcy was very nice and everything was completed quickly. When I was in the customer waiting area I had a few salesmen ask me if I needed help and they were friendly so when we were looking for a new truck we came back to Western. Mike Bell was very nice and even remembered me when I was in for the out of province inspection. We bought a new truck and the deal was great. Its great to get a great deal but it even better when you get great customer service.Western GM is worth checking out for sure!

This place is also a car rental venue. This past weekend my mother (75 years old) hit a deer. Totalled her Nissan Pathfinder. Her incredibly helpful tow truck driver (gangsters towing) helped her get on her way. Now here's the unfortunate part, Western GM rented her a car, it was dirty, one of the tires were faulty, they were going to charge her $500 for the tire, then they sent her on her way back to Calgary on a doughnut tire! Now their rental is is considered a National rental service, which I'll be contacting as well, but who sends a old lady back on the road when there was a replacement tire available in Drumheller?? Knowing that her weekend trip was already traumatic? That was dangerous and absolutely awful behavior towards a senior. Top this off they're charging her for the tire and a two hundred dollar pick up fee from Calgary. I think that if the car was sent out dirty they failed to do a proper inspection of the vehicle and they sent it out with a faulty tire. I'll be sharing this review on all my social media and throughout the Drumheller pages as well. Your treatment of my mother was atrocious.
