Air Canada Lounge

Dropped in before a US flight. Staff at the desk were friendly; gentleman was controlling the numbers entering to ensure seating availability and capacity. Breakfast sandwiches were good and also hot as they were individually wrapped. Also the carrot cake was good.Very busy lounge but it cleared out a lot after an hour visit. I’m sure time of day and thus number of flights affects the size of the crowd.Fully self-serve.

Back to Maple leaf lounge after 2 years. It is favorite place to relax before taking off.The place is nice and food quality is good. However you will not get too many choices. Food mix is salad, wraps and cookies. So you will enjoy it if you are not too hungry. There is bar so you can treat yourself.Seating arrangement is good and there is plenty of space. However it is quite busy so it will be difficult to find big space for group. You can find individual seatings. You can enjoy games if you manage to find space. Did not find anything special for kids.

This domestic lounge is horrible. Over crowded with people granted access from their aeroplan credit card. Food is disgusting (literally almost inedible). Not a relaxing place to visit before your flight. Really poor job at the largest AC lounge in Canada.

My first time attending this lounge while waiting for my flight to board. I enjoyed a comfy place to sit (a big armchair) with washroom facilities and free refreshments - what's there not to like about that? The food was good, selection of hot and cold drinks, alcoholic products, salads, entrees, and snacks. I almost picked up an apple and an orange! I recommend this retreat to travelers. It beats sitting in a noisy waiting room at your gate.

The lounge is clean, staff were friendly and accommodating.Great coffee, standard lounge hot breakfast offering.Feb 2023 - Renovations to upgrade the lounge are underway. Same buffet style meals, same fairly quiet atmosphere.Overall a decent place to pass a couple hours.***The lifeline charges are a great feature FYI***

The ambience is spacious , neat. Staff are respectable and friendly and neat.The meal taste so good. I’d recommend.

Nice customer service from staff members. Excellent place to relax, eat, drink and freshen up before flights. Make use to get full use out of Aeroplane Elite and Aeroplan credit card service's. Use of priority check in, e upgrades, priority security lane, lounge, priority boarding.

The lounge was very busy when we were there. Staff were quick to replenish the food and drinks. The selection was decent and the hot dishes were tasty. The alcohol was the best part of you knew how to mix your cocktails.

Extremely disappointing! After paying for a business class ticket, one would expect much more. It started with arriving to a line up and a most discourteous woman at the front desk. One of the most rude people I have ever come across. After the departure of hoards of people from the lounge, we were all kept waiting for 30 minutes more. Once I finally was granted access to the lounge, there were plenty of seats available. I quickly got one by the window. the selection of wine was merely okay and was able to enjoy a Chianti after that frustrating start. The food station was very sad looking, with some sort of mini sliders that looked like they were there all day, a few soups, a sad looking salad bar and mostly empty hot food dishes. I opted for a bowl of soup, which was just okay. The lounge is very tired looking and not what I would have expected. Next time will spend my time waiting in an airport restaurant. Air Canada pay attention, this is not acceptable!

Am always here early morning. Noticed some passengers have a challenge scanning their boarding pass to get through the entry. Food is average, at best. “Business” area has lots of desks/work stations available. Noticed some families/children here in this “quiet” area so a bit distracting at times while trying to do some work. Overall, not the greatest lounge but definitely worth visiting while waiting for flight.
