The folks I've dealt with in the office and over the phone, and the ones that come to the house to deliver fuel, maintain equipment and make installations have all been great. They are courteous, helpful and professional.

Bullies. They left my 87 year old Mother with no options to fill tank in the middle of winter. They filled in April just fine. Columbia Fuels approval sticker displayed on tank. Platinum customers are Not informed of policy change, and that our tank is too high off ground. Before it was remove underground tank". Now it's too high after filling with no issue before? No other company delivers to Gulf Islands. So now I have to schlep diesel a small tank each time from Sidney. Columbia Fuels told my Mother she is no longer a customer. No options
