They take your money with no fair refund policy. Not a good company to buy rugs if you're looking to at least try and see if the carpet looks good in your place within a fair period. I purchased an area rug as a gift and it didn't work out and never used it. A week later I went back to return. I asked to take it back and give me less than than what I bought it for so he can resell it and make more money on the product. He refused and only offered an exchange. This doesn't sound like a company that runs well. They take your money and don't care.

Very bad quality you can find the same carpet same size in flea market mississauga for cheaper I bought 5×7.5 from dixi mall location for $200+tax. I found same one for $150 without tax in flea market.Customer service is very bad.

WORST WORST WORST BE CAREFULI wish, I checked these reviews before buying blanket from them. Even though I was their old customer but when it comes to exchange or refund, they don’t care about anything.They said no to exchange for a blanket which was my worst purchase ever. That guy said he doesn’t believe me that blanket is not good. He doesn’t care about reviews as well according to him.

Terrible customer service. Very rude behaviour.Went to exchange a rug within 15 days but for the same one they increased the price so they are asking will have to pay the extra price!! Isn’t it unbelievable in Canada!!?? Talked to the owner over phone even he follows the same behaviour. My recommendation would be, think twice to buy anything from any of their store.
