I have bought one vehicle previously from this location - different sales person. This time we needed to purchase a new vehicle, but it had to fit out certain circumstances financially. I was in contact with Ryan Henderson. He listened to what I wanted, and took it from there. He was very attentive to our circumstances, and took my direction and ran with it. He made the deal work for us - and I am very thankful. We are commuters so we buy a LOT of vehicles. I return to Vickar Nissan particularly for the customer service. You are treated with respect, and you matter. THAT makes a big difference. I would fully recommend Ryan to anyone, and we will see him again for the next vehicle.

Excellent service. Brian at the service desk was very friendly and helpful. The service crew was honest in telling me tire rotation wasn't yet needed when they could have easily done an unnecessary service and made $55 off of me. Service like this is what makes me keep coming back to Vickar Nissan.

Wait time was excess for express service. Opted for the comp wash but took a much longer time than expected. Car was almost cleaner before the,wash. Very disappointed. Also was very surprised to see on the recommended next oil change 6000 km added when we did a Nissan synthetic oil change. I was not asked what my driving conditions were. All highway and no winter driving.

My Nissan is a 2012 Altima Coupe, 315,000 kms here in 2023. Car is still going strong. The crew is accurate every time so far with any estimates and the shuttle service is a pleasure to ride with. I wish they would bring back this model 10/10 love car and the service too. Having such a good local dealer has helped keep this car running well, it doesn't hurt the wallet so bad later having done preventative maintenance.

Mark in service was very helpful in dealing with our daughter Micra.The car got diagnosed for a similar problem as last year. Mark had the tech diagnose the problem, cleared the code and replaced a rear light bulb at no cost to us. This kind of service does not exist in any service industry anymore. I like seeing this kind of customer service and after cell service even though the car was not purchased from your dealership, so it is very reassuring that there are some people still who do care about customer service experiences, and that is very refreshing and very appreciated.

From the moment we walked in the door, my husband and I were treated with respect and kindness by Remy. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in aiding us through such a huge decision. Lee was also a huge help in helping us decide the best warranty for us. We are in love with our 2023 Nissan Rogue. It was a pleasure to work with Vickar Nissan.
