Olympus Realty do their best. This is a company with a beating gHeart. It isn't easy being a Landlord or a Management Company these days what with time constraints, rising costs in materials and shortages in housing and certainly qualified trades people. These folks are doing their best and I truly believe they care. The staff at Olympus offer superb interaction and professionalism...it is time to acknowledge those that have integrity. Thank you Olympus!

I lived in one of their buildings for 7 years. Great tenant. Took care of the flower gardens at my own expense, other tenants came to us with building questions. They won't give us our damage deposit back but can't tell us what the damage was. Told us they don't have our paperwork anymore and can't provide proof they submitted papers to access n.s to keep our damage deposit. They said we have to take their word for it.

Olympus Properties booted mine and my roommates cars, who were parked in the apartments lot, unjustly. We took went to tenancy board who ruled that we should be reimbursed boot removal fees ($230).This happened almost a year ago and despite MANY calls and emails back and forth, they still withhold our owed money. They are also withholding our security deposit, which has been owed for 7 months.Avoid at all costs, extremely sketchy “business”.

as of yet i have not been a tenant of olympus, but, my experience while searching their endless ads with PHOTOS OF SIMILAR UNIT" is just a waste of time. first i would not give away my personal info until i see the actual unit i am applying to rent

I've lived in an Olympus owned unit for over 4 years. They were always great and quick to resolve issues until this year.In the spring, we had some water damage in our unit from a leak in the window when it rained. Olympus neglected the issue for months until finally sending someone to put a new piece of framing on the window. This was a bandaid fix, obviously, as the leaking has recently started again and no one at the company has responded to any maintenance requests or phone calls.Their emergency" after hours extension is also disconnected so there is no one to call when this happens."

An Unprofessional, rude, Racist team and, always deals with inhuman behaviour. The apartment's condition is worst than in the forest. If you have family, self-respect and are concerned about health and safety don’t deal with this company even if they offer free apartments to live in. We suffered a lot mentally and injuries only by staying a month or two in payment at sybyl court, Halifax. Also, have faced lots of financial losses. We will take legal action against this company. To avoid this kind of situation, just don’t deal with this company. SIMPLE!

Do NOT rent from Olympus if you value your sanity. Worst company I have ever encountered. Completely unprofessional and a bunch of slumlords who do not care about tenants or their safety.

Rented from them 10yrs ago when they allowed cats. Had my neighbour across the hall harass me and another young women and he seemed extremely unhinged (tried to bang on my door and come into my apartment). Management didn't do much. They also lied about bedbugs and said there weren't any but they neglected to mentioned thst of the 3 or 4 connected buildings that they only sprayed the one next to me (found out I'm apparently allergic to bedbugs and had 0 intention of spraying when i told them i found them in the apartment). They make you pay a carpet cleaning fee but I still spent over 2 weeks fighting to get my damage deposit back. Cops showed up to the building a lot. They no longer allow pets but I'm guessing they make exceptions for bedbugs.
