Had to get a rental through my insurance and got booked with enterprise. They delivered the car right to the garage when I dropped off car for repairs. It was super quick and easy, I was put in a 2021 Elantra and it was very clean and super comfortable.I had some issues with picking up my car due to some scheduling issues on my end but gave them a call to give them an update on the situation and dealt with Nick, he was super professional and very accommodating to my situation. I am very impressed with the customer service I received at this location and was really appreciative of the help I got from Nick and the Enterprise staff. I definitely recommend heading over to Enterprise on Queen St if you ever need a solid rental deal.

This location is national & enterpriseWould be 0 if possible, reserved a car using vroomvroom for this location at 3 pm for national. Showed up, reservation was not showing apprently, did not price match.Reserved through priceline at 4:20 for a diffrent location for enterprise, i was close by so went in asking if they could provide car here, took them 10 minutes and 3 yes and no responses to finally give the okay.. paid, waited 30 minutes becuase cars were not clean, went to parking around 4:40 ... waited for gentelman before me and my car to get cleaned, signed the damage waver and car pickup contract, at 4:55 when other location was now closed the genious manager who had prevously okayed the pickup and had them charge my credit card and sign the pick up contract said that the boss has said he can't give the car on reservation for diffrent location when reserved same day for security reasons"Told him he had closed my window to book a car today as locations close at 5 and I was stuck there for past hour

Absolutely would not recommend booking anything through them. I booked a car for the weekend the week prior and got all the confirmations online - I even set up the arrivepass. Upon arrival in the morning, they told me they had no more cars left and there would likely not be any available soon. I did not receive any prior notice so thanks for wasting my time travelling there just to get turned away.

If I could give 1 star, I would. I made a reservation (two weeks in advance) for a rental car and the day before pick-up, they call and say that they've overbooked and cancelled our reservation. In the exact words of the associate I dealt with every location has their own policies". No voucher or re-booking assistance with another location was made. Rebooked at the Airport location

Went here for car rental arranged by insurance and while there were only two people on site they got me in my vehicle within 20mins. Superb service even got a vehicle with winter tires. Have nothing but good things to say about this place give them a chance.

I would give zero stars if I could, but you can't post without selecting at least one.I reserved a car to be picked up on Friday. I reserved it about a month before the pickup date. When I arrived at 8 am, I was told there were no cars available and there was no indication when they would come in. I made other arrangements and left.Enterprise charged my credit card the full amount even though no rental contract had ever been opened. I will never rent from Enterprise again.Update as of June 13, 2022: Enterprise called me today to ask when I would return the car that was due back June 6 even though there was no contract open and I never received a car!

I actually had an amazing experience with this particular location being honest.The two gentleman were very helpful and the car was absolutely clean and drove smooth.The entire process was easy and I got my car on time.Thanks Guys..!

The worst customer service ever!Renting a car with enterprise is a total headacheI would give zero stars if I could, but you can't post without selecting at least one.I reserved a car to be picked up on Saturday. I reserved it and received a confirmation. When I arrived, I was told there were no cars available and there was no indication when they would come in.How come the website shows there is availabilities and the guy says there is nothing!
